An applicator for popcorn ceilings........... Makes perfect sense. Some guy back in the 70's/80's was thinking this up and was then promptly run over by a truck. Waking from a come the first thing on his mind was the last thing on his mind. Everyone was so happy he woke up no one had the heart to tell him popcorn ceilings suck.
Yes, this one surprised me. Popcorn applications largely fell out of favor years ago for several good reasons. I had no idea there was even any market at all for this product anymore.
They showed popcorn but it will spray any usual texture(orange peel, knockdown, etc) Actually a nice tool to have if you don't have a high enough cfm compressor.
8:15: You could! You COULD effortlessly create a textured popcorn ceiling. But why?
Retro man retro.
I didn't know that people still install popcorn ceilings. What in the 1970s is going on? 🤷🏾♂️🤣
Popcorn is good for covering up earthquake damage in So Cal .
The Thumbnail hurts me .... the handle is OVER THE CHUCK ! That thing would spin the handle around!
Still, pretty neat stuff in the video.
I bought the door lifter, thank you for the tip. I had to buy it on Amazon Germany as here in Italy it was not available, and I bought a cheaper version of it, just 30€, very helpful indeed 🙏
I love how this channel always cheers me up no matter what. Kudos!
#1 prevents you from falling back ... but it also keeps you with the ladder when it goes off ...
the same thoughts, you will fall down together with the ladder...
At :50. Notice how they don’t show you the guy having to move those two top flippers out of the way to get down?
the rotary nozzle can't run without the UHP pump, and it's not necessary to wash the car😂
Nice tools I think we need a bigger work shop!
I LOVED the mini grinder, too, but 280$ plus 130$ for shipping, handling and taxes are really TOO MUCH for me... (I'm in Italy)
Pls do more stuff like that! Never miss the new uploads
Amazing it has narrator they shall all be like that on TH-cam , amazing with the explanations!
Hey TechZone, glad to see you dude. 😎👍💯
you don't know nobody hahaha
Great tech love it
Where do these companies pluck their prices from? The moon?
Excellent 👌
If you're wondering, that ultra high pressure unit will set you back 1/4 of a million dollars AUD.
Is that all?
@@Brian-jz1pi perfect for the home handyman.
very good idea ease for the working man there is no such thinking in pakistan Glad to see such tools
🇵🇰
@8:18 you mean popcorn hand? lmao
from where u get those stock videos can u plz tell me
@Far Window where i can visit u
I imagine that popcorn ceilings depreciate the buildings value. They are a major pain to remove.
I yet to see the reason why I need to buy these
The texture spray pattern was crap. There are many spray hoppers out there with consistent tight patterns that do a great job.
So much random stuff we gotta deal with
Like your videos except for the comment on price. Who are to determine value?
Popcorn ceilings??!! WHO is putting those in? They’re horrible and I know several people who have paid a lot of money to have theirs scraped, resurfaced, and painted.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
🇲🇾👍
that one item is illegal in most states
Wow
Really?
I have owned little giant ladders and similar ladders like that over 50 years in electrical trade these ladders with all these moving parts and gadgets don’t hold up to every day use
I have not had many issues doing demo. It's only really a pin that is spring loaded that moves. A little lubrication once in a while helps a lot. The only issue I have is they can be pretty heavy and having to move them 500 times a day gets old. If you know for sure a 6' is all you need for the job I will take a fiberglass any day. But when you need various heights or to work on stairs or uneven ground they are unbeatable.
Just stairs
first
Just letting the world know, we don't need anymore stupid chopper guns that make popcorn textures.... It's horrible looking, it's a bitch to clean and it's painful if you bump a wall covered in it so don't make any more of them.
It's great if you live in an area that is prone to earthquakes.
The ladder is dumb
150$ for the stapler
"+"
172 $ for the Staples
Yeah my cheepass will get Staples that are cheaper and if you've been on the job at any length of time you're not hitting you fingernails anymore
We have ways of getting these tasks done without buying these foolish tools. Stay in your own lane.
All of your products are too expensive for the DIY handyman, plus out of step with modern homes. Popcorn ceilings when out of style in the 1950’s.
Ahaha f...cking angle grinder for almost 400 usd ! 🤦♂️ what they smoke ? Good dremel costs around 150$
Popcorn ceiling’s definitely are out of style but I don’t think they were even around in the fifties more like the seventies
And that machine was manufactured to apply knockdown which is still popular today
I mean, they recommended a device specifically for removing doors from hinges
Everything Wagner makes is junk
So much random stuff we gotta deal with
