An evening ATV Ride to Moose Mtn Lake, Upper Kent Limeworks with drone views of the surrounding country and a ride through the back fields of Holmesville.
God's country for sure. I could see my great grandparents old farm grant (Tim and Sarah Davenport) when you did the drone flight at Moose Mountain lake. I remember climbing Moose mountain in my youth. I also collected some fossilized shells from a pile of lime at the lime works when it was still active, around 1980. I still have them in a bottle somewhere. There used to be some decent sized trout in the lime pit lake. Brings back lots of memories. Thanks for sharing your travels.
Glad you enjoyed. The lime pit looked like an emerald from the top of the mountain back in the 70s but marine growth has covered the white bottom and it just looks like a beaverpond now. I haven't tried the fishing there for years.
One marvelous ride for sure!!
Yeah, it was a nice summer evening ride

That’s some pretty green country…

Skipping rocks a lost art.
