    thank you for the video. took less than 2 hours to do. The dip stick was stuck and it took the longest time to remove

    If you get stuck like I did plan on taking out the passenger side passenger side cooling fan thermostat housing and make yourself some room it made it so much easier

    this was great! replaced my starter with minimal fuss yesterday thanks to this video. the tool inventory at the start was so helpful. took a lot longer since everything was covered in rust and seized together, but we can't all live in hawaii :) THANK YOU

    Roy!… You Da Man bra!!…. You saved my bacon dude!… changed my daughter’s starter on her 2010 Fit on Saturday, & followed your video, way helpful brotha, I really appreciate the way you get to the point and don’t linger around with useless info! You made it sweet and simple… I think the only other thing to do to make it a little easier is to remove the plastic radiator overflow tank for a teeny bit more room on the bottom bolt. I actually didn’t see that until Sunday morning when I was checking tightness on everything and had to remove it to get a little bit more oomph on that bolt! Other than that,…Awesome video Roy!
    Thanks again!👍🏻

    This is the best video I have ever seen about the Second Gen GE fit to replace the starter, I had a GE6 of 2007 JDM Version ,and had the noise when the first start in the morning,So I`m thinking to replace it by myselft.Thanks for sharing Roy!

    Hi Roy, what’s the part number for the denso starter?

  • @jlogue751
    @jlogue751 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Oh and beware the manual transmission starter is different from the automatic and the installation is different All the parts stores I saw don't give you a choice between manual or automatic

      Bruh you had me for a minute. I straight up had a ten minute freak out thinking my starter wasn't gonna fit. Only to find the Honda store says the starter core is the same part for automatic and manual. Smdh. Rude.
