Thanks for making this video! I just got my PK360 and have cooked on it a few times... love it so far! I have always wanted a Santa Maria so this attachment looks perfect for me.
it is a nice little addition to the PK. When you get yours, check the set up of the rotisserie. Mine was not aligned properly. The Burn Shop said that the rotisserie bracket was changed and they didn’t know it. They totally made it right, no complaints about that.
they actually sent the wrong one. they were very good about it and we worked out a deal so I didn’t end up with a rotisserie but no reason it wouldn’t be good, mine just didn’t fit on the frame. Apparently the rotisserie mfr changed the design and the burn shop didn’t know.
Nope, I appreciate it. There is always stuff to learn. I have a bit of a family history on the Central Coast in Paso Robles. Been there a lot. No one there anymore but I love the area.

It is pretty good. Well made. It is, of course, smaller than a true/typical Santa Maria but it is something!!! Thanks for watching!
Thanks for making this
My pleasure!
A glorious cook! Thanks for all the detail and long segments.
thanks so much!
It’s best to let your meat come up to room temp before putting it on the grill. You will get a more even cook this way . Excellent job sir
I often do, yep. And thanks!
@@BuQeyeBBQ how do you like your pk 360 and the conversion rack makes me want one more
@@tmille10 I like it very much. At the end of the day, I want a real Santa Maria but if space is an issue or whatever this is a great substitute!
Disagree. It will not make a big difference at all.
Ordered the santa maria and rotisserie for my PK 300 before your video even finished. Thanks for sharing, and the tri tip looked phenomenal!

@@BuQeyeBBQ Thanks again!! I'll keep my eye out for that when it arrives. Cant wait!
@@sallenarthow’d it work out. Would you buy again or go with something like the old country vaquero grill seeing as it’s about 150 more only. Thanks!
It’s kind of cool in an above ground pool kind of way.
Did you have the vents fully open the whole time?
@@brettlehman8671 great question. though I don’t remember for certain, I’m sure I did. I controlled the temp with the height of the grate.
Ever look into Gabbys grills?? They're fantastic
I haven’t but I will!
What is that chimney you used? Never seen one that has a bottom release like that. Brilliant!
Search "trap door charcoal chimney" on Amazon. Should be the top listing. It is a Char Griller brand.
@@BuQeyeBBQ THANK YOU!
How do you like the rotisserie attachment for this?

Don't take me wrong, not saying anything bad. Nice Qing that Tri Tip. Came out great.

Turn it every 15 mins 4 times 1 hour. I'm from Santa Maria
This attachment is almost as much as the grill
