This is beautiful! But Poor mama! I know those sharp little teeth hurt like hell. My girl when she had her maligator puppies would run away once they got this size 😂 the dad was extremely nurturing but also put them in their place. Beautiful and exhausting experience ❤
@@parkeydee I mean...yeah that's how we even have different breeds to begin with. Chihuahua's didn't crawl out of the primordial soup as they are, dogs are selectively bred to give the offspring certain traits. Dogs came from tamed wolves thousands of years ago to start with. Even the most common "pure bred" dogs were originally mutts That came from breeding different canine's until they got the result they wanted, then you just keep breeding the litters to create more and more offspring of the same kind. That's why many pure bred dogs have health issues, too much incest and not enough genetic diversity. Hence why pugs have bad issues with their noses and eyes. And other dogs are more predisposed to certain conditions as well. Weiner dogs have back problems obviously, especially when they're overweight. The list goes on. BUT I agree that maligator is a real stretch with the naming. 😂 But it's also just a nickname for a Belgian malinois
What a good dad. My boxer never was a dad, but he was a good playmate for puppies, that were a bit too young or intimidated for the puppy pre-school at our training place.
The little fence around the tree, I’ve known of a few dogs who have been so excited, not paid attention and had a limb removed because they’ve ran full speed into one! Thank you for being so bloody wonderful, I look forward to all of your videos
Omg the white thangling clearly thought Alrick didn't need any more kids 😂 He must have a truly wonderful temperament to not even lift his lip whilst a puppy bites at his nads 😂😂
This is the sweetest thing, reading his DNA results had me laughing so hard. Then the interaction with his kids is just such a lovely fun thing to watch. You have no idea how calming and therapeutic this is to see after a long hectic day. Thank you❤😊
A lot of big dogs that are well socialized are super gentle My Yellow Lab played tug of war with my mom's miniature Poodle, and was letting him tug him around. Wish I got a video.
I’ve never seen a large dog that plays gentle with smaller or younger ones- but that’s just me. I’ve always had to correct neighbors friends and family members dogs that I was watching (big dogs) to tell them to stop hurting mine.
@@Twilightwolf34820 I also wish I had video of a huge blockhead Black Lab playing gently with a twelve week old kitten. Even my Rottweiler played nice with kittens in the past. I've just always made sure my dogs were super socialized and exposed to very noisy or crazy situations. I'm not an expert just a lifelong large breed dog owner. If the big dogs are exposed to a lot of odd things they will be super nice to smaller animals.
@@Dsdcain makes sense, but I think the same goes for small dogs as well. When I was very little our family pitbull killed our 2 pet rabbits lol. By jumping over the bathroom gate to get to them. And yet when we got home our small dog was stuck outside the gate still, with no blood on her mouth like the Pitbull had. We separated the dogs from the bunnies and still the Pitbull climbed the 4ft gate to reach and kill em 🤷♀️That scenario tells me that it’s not about the dog being big or small. It’s about them being trained or not trained- or having prey drive or not. either way I know plenty of small dogs who u can trust with babies, rabbits, cats, ect. And I know plenty of large dogs that you cannot. (Meaning they’d kill or play with it so aggressively it’d be injured or die) It’s not about just Size.
Alrick is so gentle.. I love how he reacts with The Thanglings.. ❤️ I love you Malinois in general. They're so intelligent and strong, but can be gentle and disciplined. ❤️
Miss Red is still full of curiosity abd sass. She’s already showing signs of her feistiness she’ll have as she grows. So cute. I love seeing their individual personalities devrlop. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I'm glad you let him teach them his way while still supervising. It will be very important in teaching them manners. He's a good boy & definitely doesn't need a muzzle. He needs his mouth to teach them dog ways & to play.
Didn’t actually see it in the video, but the title is worth paying attention to. You’re right- the dogs need to be able to retreat. Too many people laugh and clap when a parent dog aggressively “corrects” their young, ignoring the problems they created to start with! A dog certainly can & will correct their young, but we shouldn’t promote conflict for our own entertainment
So cute! Lmao the "thanglings" too funny 😂😂😂 I love how even when dad is like okay thanglings get off im being swarmed, and he yeeted his one son gently off of him before trying to get up, everything daddy did was so gentle and careful with all da babies!
When we brought home a second puppy our first dog (not related and no experience with puppies) immediately knew how to teach and play with him. She took turns pushing him around and then flopping on the ground so he could tackle and wrestle her back. It was the cutest thing and now they're the best of friends and play all the time
My pittie is just like this. She’s AMAZING with baby animals, she raised my kitten. I found her outside at 4 weeks old, plus she’s genetically small, so she was the size of my hand, only a few ounces. They’re very bonded. She let her nurse on her and every thing. It was wonderful to experience. My dog would be in heaven if she had a pack of puppies to play with ❤️🐾
Phenomenal. I enjoy your content so much!! You teach and entertain so well my friend. Thank you for putting your life out there for the world to see. You are a master of your craft. Again, thank you ✌🏼🫶🏼
The perfect combination of genetics, nurturing, and training. If I wasn’t an old, fat, asthmatic nurse, I would totally try for one of your pups. Since I started following you, I use many of your techniques with my 10 year old Maltese who still loves to train every day.
My dad always let the sire in with mum at the 2 week mark. He always said it made for better adjusted pups, and gave mom a brake if dad was the nurturing type. We had a stud, Caesar, who probably would have nursed the pups if he was capable of it. I have a litter of 6 huskies right now, 6 weeks old, and their dad was right in the whelping box with mom when she gave birth (not on purpose. I was at work, and he ate his way through a door to get in there) Hes done great. Almost feel bad about scheduling his snippy snip surgery next month. Almost.
Had dogs all my life, it is amazing how they control their paly bite. We had one german shepherd that hated when me and my father would play fight, wed come up to both of us and give use a firm play bite. More serious than his normal one, but just enought to say i dont like you two fighting. He was a cracking dog, masive with it. Been gone over 30 years now! Time flies.
My mom and bro both have unrelated terriers. When my sis adopted a puppy they were both so gentle and patient with him. They didn't snap at him, just gently corrected him or moved somewhere he couldn't harrass them
When they first surround him, he’s like there’s too many!!! 😂😂😂😅
Dad: I’m outnumbered… Cool! ❤❤❤
They are looking for milk 😂
Did you see the biting his balls
@@Nick.Koehler 😂😆
😂😂😂
That was the gentlest of kicks for a puppy nibbling on your bits! What restraint
No shit, puppy teeth are sharp, can't imagine that felt good 😬😬
I laughed so hard seeing that 😂 poor boy
Intact male dogs generally have incredibly tough skin, almost like leather. It probably looks way more uncomfortable than it was!
😊
He said “no no no wrong kind of balls”
Not one of the pups biting his balls near the end😂
Fr 💀
Yeah I'm thinking that's what caused the reaction more than the guy he threw lol
Also looking at it again I think the puppy was trying to nurse off it lol

Noone gonna talk about the puppy bitting his balls
I was looking for this comment lol
It was actually looking for milk. They looked big enough to fit the bill.
No
The way he did a lil lick before the results were final... He knew he was Daddy
"Launching a puppy with your legs also works I guess" got me.😂
