- It took me so long to find movement I really love. A lot of it was trial and error, but I realized I love being in nature, I love to challenge myself & I love being able to listen to a good book while I do whatever I’m doing. I hope this video inspires you to move in ways that you love & try new things even if they seem a little scary at first ✴︎˚

Absolutely love your videos! They are so relaxing. I would love to see what kinds of things you like to eat. You make eating well sounds so enjoyable, it would be great to see what that looks like for you. I also think it’s great to see someone who’s very open about how they are mostly plant based but sometimes you enjoy foods that may have milk or dairy in them. It’s great that you don’t feel you have to be 100% plant based as it’s makes your lifestyle most sustainable for you!

Marathon training will have your friends and family like, "don't even invite her - she prolly running." It is SO much time. Not that I've trained for one - I haven't and don't plan to because I cannot get behind running 18+ miles just as PRACTICE. Gurl. Y'all miss me on that one. I'll keep running half marathons as long as my body will let me, but I am inspired from afar! You're gonna rock it!

I was never really interested in being active and healthy up until recently and now it's sort of my obsession to squeeze in any sort of movement into my daily routine. I’ve been so inspired by your story! I have never been a runner, but I downloaded the C25K app and got thru the first week. I didn’t think I could do it, but felt good (and tired 😂) after each run/walk this first week.

Question: how do you deal with fatigue on your run (especially running on tired legs when you don’t have rest days in between)?

I try to have at least one rest day a week but if I can’t for some reason I really have to prioritize stretching. And often it’ll be easy/ recovery runs so it’s not too taxing!!
Hey Becca!!! I had an idea for a video, I noticed you don’t drink coffee. I gave it up a while ago but started it up again when I started working as a barista. I’m back at the point now realizing how dependent I am on it. Specifically the headaches I get from it if I don’t have it first thing and I’m tired of HAVING to drink it, not drinking it cus I want to. Anyway just curious about your experience with it and if you’ve noticed any improvements without?

A lot of my shorts I’ve gotten at TJ Maxx or Nike (because they have running shorts with built in compression instead of underwear) & my other shorts are from REI they’re hiking shorts. If you chafe you should try body glide it’s amazingggg

Hey sis! I’m new to your channel and I have a question. I’ve recently lost 100lbs and still have about 40 to go but I really want to incorporate jogging into my activities. However✨ my knees do not seem to love any type of jogging/running. My knees seem to have a loose feeling to them. And I’m afraid that it has something to do with dislocating. Is this anything that you’ve encountered on your journey when you were in the “heavier” part of your journey?
Also I’ve been doing biking to keep from the pounding motion running puts in my joints

Hi! This is random but what do you search for to find your shorts? They’re like the length of biker shorts but looser. Whenever I search “athletic shorts” they’re super short running shorts.
Hiii so alot of my shorts are actually hiking shorts!! I get them at REI and that’s exactly why I love them the length is perfect and a lot of times they have built in belts so they fit super nice 😌🫶🏽

I can't eat before a run, I get upset stomach if I do. 😢
Sometimes I do & sometimes I don’t. I used to get sick a lot if I ate too but I started testing different foods to see what sat better with my stomach!!
