Wow. This little workout had so much in it - stretching, strengthening, balance, even a little cardio. It felt so good for my body too - better than a yoga session.

This is great, just what I was looking for for my Sunday exercising.
I am rebuilding my body after 10 years of pretty severe illness from indoor mold & tick diseases.
In 2016 & 2017 I had several episodes of severe rhabdomyolysis (sudden destruction of muscle tissue).. it was body-wide & nearly killed me. Until this last year I have not been able to do much for activity.
Last year I starting taking walks nearly every day & did some hiking with my sister.
This year I am committed to challenging my body a bit more and rebuilding muscle to get my strength back.
So far it’s going well. I have tried to push myself without overdoing it. I have taken a walk every day & done some form of exercise every morning since December 28.
I very much appreciate videos like this so I can improve myself and reclaim my life.

@@briansyuki thanks! Haven’t missed my morning exercise since I started end of December 2023! I usually mix it up between a selection of your videos and the first 3 videos of Caroline Girvan’s beginner series.
I also have stayed consistent with my daily walk and have slowly been adding in some jogging & trail (slow) running as well. It feels great!
I definitely have built some muscle and gotten stronger!
