You are right about mean people having been mistreated in their lives. It’s a cycle for them. They have been hurt and they pass it on. You must break the cycle. I really enjoyed the video. I think that I have watched them all

Write a book.
It helps me with anything that rattles incmy mind. Exahust your mind.
Write amytjing man. Fiction, non fiction, your own journey with different names. Maybe you will even come to a self realisation through putting your mind on paper.
Go buy a Joe Hill book or Stephen King *Needful things*.
I love reading. You may enjoy books as well.
