Shodoshima was the first place in Japan to successfully cultivate olives🌳 It is said that this is because Shodoshima's climate was warm and not raining much, much like the Mediterranean Sea!! In Shodoshima, olives are harvested by hand, carefully selecting each fruit by hand to prevent damage and deterioration of the fruit. They extracting the olives immediately after harvesting, thus producing high quality olive oil with little oxidation✨ I bought it and it was very tasty😋
