We didn’t rock with a lot of other coaches, but he always championed you and had the utmost respect for you. It took me awhile to even watch this video because him not being here is still raw. The work he did won’t be forgotten and will echo on forever. His spirit is here with us. And now it’s our job to carry the torch for him. This is our calling, Kyle. And it was his. I had a mate pass away about ten years ago. Regular gym goer. I'm not sure what caused his death. I've never asked out o respect to his family. Very sudden and he was only 36.
I didnt catch it in time. I did reach out even after knowing better. We broke up last year and I didnt reach out at all. Got back together. Had alot of happy times. I have finally cut contact after reaching out twice in the first 2 weeks.. Shes in a relationship 3 weeks after we broke up after 2.5 years together. I kick myself for pulling the fight for you speech. Especially knowing better. When someone tells you that they choose to have you not be in their life, you need to listen! For a stupid reason I hold onto hope but I know she isnt the fantasy I hold onto. Working on myself and getting back to the recommended reading list.

Its never too late to go NC. Even if you did "fuck up" and then go NC.
Think of it this way... you begged gave them an ego boost they know they can have you anytime they want. Then you go NC and dont reach out for months... now they are worried have you given up on them? Do you still care? Did they frighten you away?
Im a firm believer you should fight a bit and tell them how you feel, give them the little ego boost. Then go NC.... I dont beleive this is fucking up... unless you contact them more then once with your feelings and continually beg.....
Dont beat yourself up if you "fucked up".... just go NC and let them think you have now lost interest

Here’s a question, Kyle. With all the women I have dated in the past, their ex-boyfriends have tried reaching out one way or another. Heck… even with my mom and dad… my mom’s ex-boyfriends tried reaching out while she married and had her kids. Lol.
On the men’s side of things, when I speak to men, even men who have been great partners in relationships, they rarely have female exes come back around.
I’m just curious… do male exes tend to come back around more than female exes?
Appears to be the case. Very few storys of women coming back.
