Jejeje en Perú se come bastante la combinación del Ceviche con Mariscos fritos 😋, al combinarlos estabas descubriendo como comen los peruanos , buena 😎
You are very intelligent to eat like this, you look for the flavor, for example, ceviche, put everything together a bit to check the flavor, what you do is very correct, a hug and blessings for you to arrive in Peru
I’m Peruvian and omg it makes me so happy you were open to try our delicious foooddd ❤☺️

Bien bro saludos de ciudad de pisco
Chicha morada comes from purple corn.
Ahhh yesss purple corn
Great video!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank youuu
That chaufa looks like they put way more siyao (soy sauce) than needed. Chaufa is the Peruvian version of Cantonese fried rice. It is delicious, but I wouldn't try that one just for how It looks.
Greetings from Lima, Perú.
I partially agree here, there's basically two versions of chaufa here: the one you find in an actual Chifa (Chinese restaurant) which is super, duper , double delicious; and the adapted version from more "criollo" places, which is a lot less tasty, mostly just soy sauce. And seafood chaufa is almost its own thing.
Buen video
Gracias

However you mix it, it's all good bro!!!😅
the Incas ate potatoes, coca leaves, etc., they were healthy, plant-based people.....
Greetings.
Our Ceviche is not served with fried plantains, nor is it eaten like Mexicans, with tostones or support masses. It is eaten directly from a spoon: fish plus onion, corn, sweet potato and its juice (tiger milk).
The chili that they served him, does not look like a Peruvian chili. We mainly use Rocoto (red color), which, apart from being spicy, adds additional flavor to meals.
Our food is eaten directly, mixing the ingredients that are served on the plate. Peruvians do not eat like Mexicans, it is observed that you have a way of eating like them, you think that all our food is served to eat like Mexican burritos.
Ceviche with fried potatoes is an offense to our gastronomy.
The last thing would be to combine our Picarones with Salsa a la Huancaina. ha ha ha
"Seafood KFC". Yep, that's exactly what Peruvian jalea is.
For next time you eat ceviche straight from the plate and you grab a little bit of everything in one bite with lots of the juice using a spoon, don’t eat the fish by itself, that hurt to watch as a Peruvian lol
Damn I need to find me another Peruvian girlfriend I miss the banging ass food she cooked when we were together 😔
haha my guy you fucked up the ceviche again...
MISSING PERUVIAN BEER AT THAT TABLE MI FRIEND 😉
Lucky man... enjoy it, here in Lima is better. Congrats!!!! You try a lot of sea food. Yummy
Tú sí sabes comer, pareces peruano. Welcome to Perú.
