This is not a good idea - the credit bureaus are in bed with collectors - with updated information- and now your going to have collectors come after you - the reason the credit bureaus are in bed with collectors is for their data - so they can pass it on. It’s good to know about soft pulls I tell my clients to make sure they also request and if caught then the violation and be enforced- to much of a hassle-

There's no such thing as a credit bureaus! It is a myth! Made up to scare us does nothing to do with the gov! Ask me why you have the power to control what gets reported on your "Consumer credit report" the real name
Called experian 2 times and they said they can't remove it I have to dispute with the accounts that are reporting the credit inquiry... did things change ???
Advise please. If you have different inquiries on Experian, Equifax and TU, should you file 3 separate FTC reports and 3 separate CFPB?

If the Collection Agency/Creditor does not respond within 30 Days or is unable to Validate the CRA should be removing the Account upon request...it shouldnt take Governmental Action to make that happen. Have they really gotten that bad?

Hi. Question.... Someone I know had applied for a loan, just say on March 2023 and was denied....but later, just say, May 2023 and August 2023 and December 2023.... He say that same company had, I'm assuming, ran his credit again, I'm assuming. Can they keep doing that?

I tried and didn't work. Transunion replied, saying that wasn't the way for that kind of dispute. Closed case. Nothing got removed

Closed or denied accounts. If you do it on an open account they'll generally close it.

CreditRehab will allow to follow up letters.
Why getting through this hassle. Dont do anything and wait for those hard inquiries fall off your credit between 24 and 26 months. If you want a clean or 0 hard inquiry, don’t apply for a cc or loan.
Calling does not accomplish anything. I have called all bureaus multiple times, and they all say you have to file a fraud report with the FTC and/or police report. There is NO WAY to have the hard inquiries deleted over the phone. Maybe you could do this in the past but it doesn't appear you can anymore.
Notice NOBODY has made a video/audio of them actually calling the bureaus! How hard would that be? They can even change the voices with ai. No excuses.
Why suffer fools? Just skip to the complaint method.
I literally just called yesterday and had 8 inquiries removed in a couple hours
