I really like the way you are specific..i followed some other chefs recipe, and he didjnt mention that it needs to be kept aside for 10 mins.. i directly used it and my poha turned to a disaster... BUT YOU HAVE SPECIFIED AND IT IS SOO SOO SOOO HELPFUL! THANK YOU SO MUCH !
Chef, we love poha. In our Tamil household, we call it Aval Upma. I have always admired how simple poha can be so filling and light and delicious. And then I learnt the poha in MP is something else. Bhupi bhai, I am from Ratlam, where we eat same Poha in our breakfast 😋. By seeing your video, I can see that this the closest to the authentic receipe which is followed in Malwa region just with one exception which is topping with 🍅. I have not seen the Poha with tomato on top... but appreciate thats the top recipe on you tube as far as authentic Indori poha is concerned. If you get time, publish receipe for Indori Samosa as well.. they carry distinct taste and flavor and receipe is just Malwa region brand. I am in US and cook Samosa and Poha at tims following these recipes...
Chef bahut khushi hui Indore ke pohe ho banane ki koshish ki aapne par usme adrak aur moongfali nahi dalti, saath ki jab bheegote hain poha to usme shakkar dalte hain thode meethepan ke liye, aur chef itni haldi nahi dalti tabhi lemon yellow colour aata hai chutki bhar haldi 250 gm pohe ke liye bahut hai. Namkeen me hum sev dalte hain jise laung sev bolte aur saath me teekhi nukti. Thank you. 😀
