I tried this recipe and i found that the cookie for me was way to dry and when i used normal melted chocolate (not tempered) the chocolate would just melted about 3 minutes after it came out of the freezer.

In the US we have butter flavored shortening, but if you are looking for a good buttery taste there is no substitute for real butter.

But people are smarter than you think, even if it only manifests on an intuitive level. BUT that doesn't mean that haters don't need to hate. Just look at Alliser Thorne - perfect example! (Sorry - a bit left field that one! x]) Nothing you can do about haters except feel sorry for them (and don't let them kill you)! Just don't presume that everyone hates this stuff because they're haters in general.

Instead of pouring the chocolate into a separate bowl just pour it into the next cookie...
She does that so any crumbs from the previous cookie cup won't get into the chocolate and make it bumpy. She wants it smooth. :)
