I came here to see what Japanese eat that I don't see in USA Japanese restaurants. I was not disappointed. they love raw animal parts more than I realized. interesting culture
SORILESS 😆 Nooooo, it's a French name "sot l'y laisse" is the meat in the back of the chicken, so good that the "fool let it" there, because he doesn't know it 🤣
SUPER juicy and tender, never had anything like it. The health department checks these restaurants every week. Salmonella free and very very strict rules. Don't be scared to try it but the taste isnt for everyone.
@@Tanukieats thanks for the info and for understanding the hesitation because of health standards. :) Taste wise, is it close to fish sashimi or a different taste altogether?
Japan has strict control of salmonella, so you can even leave eggs in room temperature. you will be surprised that at super markets in japan, eggs are sold in a regular shelf, not refrigerated shelf.

Meetup in a week?
I think some Is RAW.
Indonesia
Looks great but probably wonr try it. Eating undercooked chicken was a bad experiecence..
Raw chicken meat and liver 😵💫😵💫😵💫
serving raw chicken lmao wtf
Raw chicken meat is dangerous, the risk of salmonella is very high.
Not in Japan. There are so many rules and they are very very strict so salmonella isnt a problem - there.
@@Tanukieats lol
