I think one of the coolest things one encounters while traveling is the willingness of people you meet to share of themselves such as your having met Scott and him inviting you for dinner and taking you out on the E-Foil and Johnny hooking up with you to help you with your scooter. I can guarantee you that those are experiences you will never forget.

Every year after working in Canada a few months as a seaman, I always came back to South East Asia with a few extra kilos. My diet to get rid of them? ACV apple cider vinegar. 2 tbsp in a glass of water every morning before breakfast. It cuts your appetite. You eat less, you lose weight. It works for me every time.
16.50 - Absolutely does remind me of Hpa-An mate, I still remember watching and rewatching that segment when Yalo flew the drone over the first sights of Hpa-An, and also remember sending you pics when I was there.. one of my all time favourite places and experiences. I remember the music clearly as well.. Damn, now I need to rewatch that first episode again tonight!!!
There was something about that song the singer that felt so deep, it took you away to a place of peace and tranquility and that place was within myself. I had to hear it again and again each time it was as if I needed to follow my feelings of wanting to know more, and eventually I did. I still have a lot of trouble clearly identifying males and females from lady boys and man ladies in Thailand. Thais are more than tolerant, they are understanding and accepting. It makes life so much easier and enjoyable when people are non judgemental. The E-Foil is fantastic, almost had you walking on water.
The E-foil looked awesome, saw some people come E-foiling around to Bottle Beach in Feb 2023,. Looked like so much fun. The coastline on this stretch of Thailand is prime for kite surfing, do you see many people kite buggy at all? Be mad not to on all those long vast expanses of sand. Pineapples dont grow on trees......LOL!
Paddy, you have just begun at the Sam-Roy-Yod National Park. I hope you can take more adventures inside the National area. It’s stunning. Fly your drone to get wonderful view. Cheer!
Paddy, your last two videos on Hua Hin have put that area up near the top of our list for ling term living. As you might know, we are flying to Phuket on July 9th, to the sandbox, if all goes well. Then we go to Koh Samui where we have a rental house... the lease starts tomorrow through January 31, 2022. Our plans may keep us on Koh Samui longer... depending on the situation... we live the quiet version of the island. Afetr Koh Samui, Hua Hin is way up on our list... mostly because of your two most recent videos :)

That e-foil is money. You looked great on it and I bet your core worked very hard. I'd love to rent it next time I'm on a beach. Paddy -- good luck on your weight reduction program! I had to lose 25 pounds last year and I cut out all fruits and carbs and I ate only 2 meals a day (w/ 16 hrs fast from dinner to lunch). I didn't skip black coffee, which doesn't break your fast. I slimmed down within 4 months and my blood pressure is now normal. I'm a happy dude. haha
I saw my 1st pineapple tree in Goa many years ago. 1 tree = 1 pineapple. Pretty cool and not what I was expecting a pineapple tree to look like! Still remember it to this day.
