Please do more videos exactly like this: educational but aimed at laymen that are assumed to know absolutely nothing about the process. There were a bunch of oversimplifications in this video; that's perfect. Please put out more content with basic explainers that elementary school children can understand. A basic understanding is incredibly valuable, and we can turn elsewhere to build upon it.

Easy. I've done this multiple times.
When New York City pays pennies on the dollar using migrant workers, withholding their legal documents and housing them in labor camps then those skyscrapers will cost much less. That's how they do it in the United Arab Emirates. (UAE)
