  • We will show you our workflow of making a Hot Latte with our Delonghi Dedica EC685 espresso machine that we own for 8 months now. This is exactly how we have been doing our Latte for 240 days now (approximately). It was always an enjoyable moment making coffee. It is something we look forward for first thing in the morning. You should also notice that we have added some new toys into our coffee preparing workflow. Have really been enjoying using the new distribution tool and dosing funnel. Less messy and more consistent shots everytime.

Try changing 1 variable at a time and keeping others constant like the weight/type of beans, tamping etc. For now try 9 clicks and see what is the outcome. Feel free to let me know the outcome if u want to do investigation works together. 😁

      Don't give up 😄
I've wasted alot of beans before throughout the exploring process. So it's fine. If u don't mind, below are few questions for some troubleshooting. Will try to help figure out together (I'm not professional or expert but just from a person who loves drinking coffee daily). hahaha 😂
      1. What is the total beans weight u r using.
      2. Pressurized or non pressurized basket
      3. The beans roasting date. (Freshness of the beans could also be 1 of the variable)
      4. How many seconds was the extraction and what was the weight of the extracted espresso.
