    I always have this question, why you build bricks around the house, why don't you just build house out of bricks?

    • @MisterKoza
      @MisterKoza 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      building the house with bricks can be alot more costly. However you can still give it the nice look of a brick house without it being super costly.

      abetterworld Land is cheap in Australia as long as you are willing to move away from the cities. This house would cost are $600,000 in outer suburbs. Most outer suburbs will have schools, shopping centres and some form of transport. If its close to the city, it could be anywhere from1 million upwards depending on the location and suburb profile

    • @gubroojatt

Just lazy way of building house with woods and how many woods are we going to cut down?

      @@Mr.Saephan503 the same cost of houses are built in Africa, South East Asia, South America even less with better materials that stands test of time. Even when buildings engulf in fire you could still build on top of the structures...
      So cheap materials for that price ain't a good bargain. Just Travel and see things for yourself.. 😜
      Tell me how much is cement/ sand or mortar as compared to wood that takes years to grow... In our part of the developing world we rather make wood expensive to be considered precious to sand and clinker for bricks and mortar...
      It isn't that expensive, the builders in Aussie wants to build quick and please their shareholders while fucking homeowners in the medium term for renovations...
      But don't get me wrong, I so love homes with better taste of designs and their master plans.
      Only have issues some of the bathroom setup. I dislike most of the homes having bathtub 🛁 in the general bathroom for other bedrooms rather than having the bathtub in the master's suite... Some mess around with space without utilising a walkin pantry for messy food preparations...

Just cause the outside of your house is brick or cement doesn't mean the house doesn't have a wood frame. As you can see in this video they build it with wood and then added the bricks after on the outside but some do it the other way around. These are fixed priced houses. There is a specific block of land, a particular home plan and the standard inclusions in these house. Everything is predetermined from what floor tile you can have and where the sole TV point will be in the house. If you want anything more than that it will cost you big money. A simple additional power point in your house or extra outdoor garden tap can cost you thousand dollars. Moreover Australian architecture is all about straight lines, modern materials and contemporary styles. This kitchen has a life span of probably 8-10 years, renovations are big business in Australia and life span of a house is much shorter compared to other countries. Houses built in 70-80s are considered too outdated and being knocked down to build new ones.
