oh shut up😂
That's how so many things were produced years ago. By skilled, hard working hands! Things were made so much better by these methods. Much respect for these laborers.

Could watch this sort of stuff all day. Kudos to these guys and can you imagine how hot the conditions they are working under are. Respect earned : )
Good mans.. We must support a hardworking poor people for life being. I am from Morocco
You all are some hard-working people God bless you all
Decent casting work and so much effort to buff and polish just to paint it and have buddy wrap it as a finished product with excess blue paint running down from the archways. Dude has to step up is QC game.
what a beautiful and high technical work... my humble salute to the hard working technicians... majority of these technical peoples are not highly paid, even though we can see their technical expertise on the output of these iron box... henceforth when i see a street laundry vehicle, sure i remember this hard work behind of that charcoal iron box...
My wife and I just watch this video you guys are truly amazing we appreciate this video very much thank you for sharing this with us
Real Talent. Thank you for uploading the video -Anush
Super
I don't know what impresses me the most, the incredible skill and knowledge of casting or the lack of safety equipment.
I know. A little to much moisture and things could go wrong fast.
Coal-powered ironing set ???
Still exists in 2021 ???
Awesome.
This types are mainly used by the street iron labors on temporary basis, once they done in one places, move on to next street . So they don't need an electricity .
I bow myself to these people for their talent and ability to do everything by hand in an old fashion way. That's what we need to learn. And stop taking things for granted. 👏👏
This is how the US did things 75 years ago.
No safety whatsoever.
The old inefficient slow way.
Thankfully we have moved on.
Awesome work of art ,it makes me remind the time my dear mother and her neighbors use to ironing their clothing, while chatting and having a coffee, as it the time would stand still, for the life in a such unforgetable years....Brilhante ,simplesmente incrível obra de arte, me faz recordar minha infância...
How facinating! I never took my eyes off them working through the process. What talented men! You are all amazing!
Maybe in Asian markets, they sell them. It is a wonderful job.Incredible that this iron exists. Very useful.
One little hit with the toe and a domino effect... Respect to the workers, amazing concentration...
Thank you for showing how this kind of iron is made. I did not know anything about irons that were not electric. :)
Seriously, I admire these workers. it is a labour intensive production process but the end product is beautiful and useful in rural areas where there is no electricity. I for one would buy one for decoration if I could.
I bet these dudes build AMAZING sand castles.
Primitive manufacturing is very old, the world has now evolved to easier manufacturing
Damn son☝️just spent 45 min watching a coal powered clothe iron being made. Mercedez hand crafted engines. And these guys have hand crafted irons
The bad painting at the end spoils the whole job. The rest of the guys did superb.
Yup!!! Sloppy
That paint is horrific!

Very satisfying to watch 👍🙏. Amazing
probably the most sophisticated casting on youtube
All over India you find such wonderful artisans producing (creating)a million different products. In 1970, near Taj Mahal, I met an artisan working on an ivory lamp from a single tusk (ivory is now banned), with thousands of perfectly symmetrical delicate floral designs. I asked him how long it took him to create the one of a kind piece. He said he worked on it from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every single day for eleven months. He was paid 5000 more than what he asked for it (he was very happy) ,out of deep respect and admiration. He taught me more than many many books. To this day he has remained an inspiration to me never to do less than my best in any endeavour. The work is destined for a museum, for sure. Every country I visit all over the world, I pay a personal tribute to the artisans and artists of that country. A salute to all the artisans of the world!

Sangat baik dalam produksi nya
Now that’s work ethic. No one complaining, no one on their friggin phone, not a lot of idle chatter, just men going to work and doing their job to the best of their ability.
Another skilled trade that here in us our young will most likely never know how to do or even what it is, because we all run to store and buy cheap made produced by the mass garbage or order it online from Amazon. Love what you guys are doing, it's perfect craftsmanship. You obviously must sell that's the business, but do you have online sight or away to order ? If I'm going to shop and I will I would rather buy from a company such as yours. Thanks for the video.

I remember my grandmother having one of these cast iron ones, in Brazil this type of iron is no longer used, but as a decoration it is very beautiful. Congratulations !
But in India we still use these. Ofcourse these people are from India. AP state.
In india we still have people using brass iron box.. using charcoal, it retains heat
I am 98% sure these smart people have the formula to make gold, yes GOLD !😁✔💯👍

Good job very impressive and excellent
Excellent, watch the video from beginning to end, the manufacture of all the pieces in sand mold is very interesting, and the precision is tremendous, Congratulations, you are tremendous craftsmen, never imagine how they make those plates, Beautiful video, thanks for sharing ... ......Congratulations
Que trabalheira gente! Que coisa mais legal! Completamente artesanal como uma joia.
Joyas reales, tienes mucha razón.

Great salute to these highly skilled hard working local artisans. I feel very proud of them and their skills! They creat such a beautiful piece by their talent and creative ideas! Process is slow and tedious compared to automation .But they have amazing hands and perfection which makes the iron box a worthy piece! I think a commentry explaining the process would have added much more value to this video. However I am disturbed and concerned about the workers not wearing adequate protective gear while working ! Kindly insist the same. Nevertheless the video educated me very much ! Thanks!
Vvvvvvvv We see
Please
So much creative work but it is risky
Amazing skill & hard work is involved. Respect to the workers 🙏

Super..Handmade products..without power we can use
I know it's too hard to work there but watching this video is very satisfactory idk why!

Hi
Right. Same with the threaded rod for the handle. Everything else looked like a million bucks.
We must appreciate more of natural talents and traditional process
Like the rest of the world did…some 100 years ago. lmao
These were mostly used by washermen. i remember going to the washermans house to get burning coal piece to light up stove in my house.
Pretty cool, I was wondering what they were used for.
I used to see it in the past.Today
in my country we"be never seen this hand-made iron any more ..The process of making these irons is very interesting.
