I can't believe you are really doing this. İn Turkey our grandmothers are doing bazlama with special type of oven. They make them together with other grandmothers and all of them bake theirs bazlamas(before corona) Some of them freezes it and heat up in winter. Lastly, it tastes much tastier than bread.

I'm Indian and we have a similar type of flatbread like bazlama called "kulcha". The only difference is that we add filling inside it and instead of parsley oil, we use butter
we fill the inside with cheese and other stuff too! and instead of oil we do butter too but we pour the hot butter onto chili flakes and then spread it on the bread

Btw just for a heads up, nino has had the new cat named “Bel” for about 5 months now. She was just very sick and could not be on camera. He adopted the cat when she was 1year old.
