The majority of America appreciates the old fashioned values and looks out for each other, we live by the ideals we were raised on. When I start stressing about the news, schools, and youngsters not appreciating this nation I find some peace in our history and that as people age they appreciate the traditional values.

Not everybody hates others.
No electronics helping him sing. Great talent. RIP. A true legend.
I agree with anyone who says this song AMERICA THE BEAUTIFUL should be our national anthem. This is the best version that ever was.
This should be our national
Anthem. Oh how I love it when the Raylettes being it home ! Jesus how
Special Ray Charles was .. thank you for sharing him with us .
Hello Melissa "
How are you doing today?
I woke up late this morning singing this in my head. Nobody does it better than Ray. Imho. GBA!
Can this please be played across every radio wave in America multiple times every day.. 2020 needs this terribly.. Seriously, the most moving song ever..
Listening to the album by Ray Charles at home. America is Beautiful ❤️ because of Ray Charles. Thank you Charles for the love and talent.❤❤❤❤❤
As I get older, this song means more and more.
The majority of America appreciates the old fashioned values and looks out for each other, we live by the ideals we were raised on. When I start stressing about the news, schools, and youngsters not appreciating this nation I find some peace in our history and that as people age they appreciate the traditional values.
Ever time I hear this I feel like I'm just straight up sitt'n on the Lord's lap!
This should be our national anthem. Ray did it the best, gave this song a soul.
Thank You Ray for the great song. Job well done.🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Hello I'm so sorry to bug you with a text, it's just that I'm delighted to write you ...I would love to be friends with you🙂🙂🌹
How could a country not be great with a song like this one
For my taste, the greatest male vocalist ever...It's as if there's a piece of his soul on every word. He was amazing.
+Roger Reso II, I agree. What an emotional experience it is to listen to this man sing.
Roger Reso II
He's up.there for sure
He retired/owns the song. None other need apply.
Today is Memorial Day 2019

Haven Fuller yesssss 🙌🏻
Love hearing Ray singing this beautiful rendition of America the Beautiful.
My memaw sang me this song every night since the I was a wee little baby in the womb... so yeah, I've been a true patriot for 58 years. 🇺🇸🇺🇸 Ray Charles just stirs my syrup! I listen to him every morning and fantasize that I'm one of those pretty ladies in the pastel dresses... I go to his grave every fortnight to pray for his resurrection. May the lord bring our savior back!! 🇺🇸🦅
When I get stressed for Our Country.
I just listen to Ray Charles tell me everything is gonna be alright !
A grateful nation misses you, Ray. Thank you for the joy you provided to us all.
We need this song so much right now.
God Bless you America. Thank you for receiving my family and I in the 1960's.
All we dreamed of you has been more than one day we aspired to. Our Land, we cherish you. Happy 247th Birthday!
Always gives me the chills. Could this be more perfect?
Amanda Sobkowicz , This man was a gift from God!❤️
African Americans have always loved the USA more than it loved them. Fought in all Wars Revolutionary, Civil War, World War I, World War II, Vietnam....etc. Look at the passion Ray Charles Ray Charles is singing!
@@Bodyhealthsoul and all conservatives are saints lmao yeah right
@@Bodyhealthsoul Blacks overwhelmingly vote Democratic but Democrats don't want black babies to be born. OKkkkk. I was blind but now I can see. Wow.
@@Bodyhealthsoul no particular party ... just white people
Shouldn’t be about race but about the love a man has for his country. Regardless of what shit he ACTUALLY went through during those hard times, he still loves his country. THAT is what it is about. Standing for what you believe in, not what you are.
Tell that to the Black Panthers.
Ray Charles made love to America during this song
No one will ever explain this better than that.
no one will ever sing this song like he does ❤
He is they best among the rest ❤
❤️❤️❤️
Amen
Happy 4th of July, everyone! I'm so happy that my grandparents sacrificed all to leave their homelands and allowed me to be an American. God Bless America!!!

So grateful to be an American citizen, and ashamed that the least of us are not cared for well enough, in the wealthiest nation in the history of the world.
We Need This Now More then Ever. Ray You Are Missed Dear Friend.
