I've been using the medium size CO2 scrubber on mine for a couple weeks now and it's worked wonderfully. The next step is to make it recirculating so I don't burn through media so quickly, but so far I'm really happy with it.
@@RobBoryckiGolf are you recirculating it through your skimmer? If so are you not scared of the risks of skimmer going nuts and co2 scrubber pulling liquid and crashing the tank
@@frgggggdsedd6913 media has lasted almost a month. My skimmer lid has holes. Yes. Also it doesn’t have a way to be fastened down. It’s ok the way it is. I’ve also pointed the return pump nozzles down a little bit so that a lot of the oxygen comes from The skimmer. So far so good.
For anyone watching this, he has the airline connected to the wrong output on the scrubber. It should be on the other.

No and heard why. I did that earlier and for some reason the media breathing through it solidified down stream and plugged the line s
I hope you have a check valve on line from the scrubber to the skimmer.

I agree and after learning that the medium is the same size just taller I wish I ordered that one

Hi it’s the small version. But since I realized that the small and medium are the same diameter just different heights I would buy the medium

@@frgggggdsedd6913 not recirculating I would need a custom lid for the skimmer to do so but consistantly I’m .2 to .3 higher in ph since.
@@RobBoryckiGolfthanks man can you tell me how long your media lasts? Cant you just run the line back to the skimmer lid? Unless yours has no hole
