This is our first year homeschooling our 2. One is preschool 3 and the other 4. My son starts kindergarten in August, and I am really excited to jump into his curriculum with him. While doing more preschool things with my daughter.
@blessedhomeschoolmess We are trying TGATB. We are on a 1 income budget, so we invested in an EcoTank, and I printed their curriculum to try out. My son really loved the preschool curriculum, so I'm hoping he will enjoy the kindergarten course. I also have some things from For the Love of Homeschooling. I taught in public school for many years and have stuff from that, too. I'm trying to piece things together without being over board for my kids.
These look like amazing choices. I have heard both good and bad about mos dos. I was intrigued by it but the cons I have heard are that the teachers guide is not great and that there are a lot of moving parts. Not sure what your experience was- I have never put my hands on the product.
I think the teachers manual has a ton to offer it just doesn’t have a schedule, just a scope and sequence, but I have come up with a schedule and done a couple videos on that. The stories are super rich and great conversation pieces.
It’s just the time curriculum companies a lot of time go on sale, but it’s also a lot who don’t like to prep it all over summer I’m one of those people because we start in July.
I am so excited that we're are basically done all we need to decide is language arts. First year we've bought this early, I'm so happy🎉
Woohoo doesn’t it feel amazing ?! I love being done! Relief!
4th grade we are using mosdos, all about spelling, IEW writing and grammar and cursive logic.
I havent figured out what we are using for science yet.
Ooooo science is so hard for me to choose! Great picks so far!
Great plan for LA! I’ve never seen the Zaner Bloser grammar. Excited for a flip through
It looks nice! Can’t wait to try it!

Thank you for the video! For the Soaring with Spelling and Vocabulary curriculum, can the student do that work independently? Thank you.
My child will be doing this Independently, just like she does with winning with writing! It is written to the student.
Why is this the season? To buy for next year?
