4TH GRADE HOMESCHOOL CURRICULUM PICKS

4th grade curriculum pick time! My mantra this year is for "Quality over Quantity" and getting the most out of what we already have. If you've followed me in the past I think you'll see the difference this year. We have some really quality curriculums that I think will serve us very well this year.

YES! Options sounded like such a good idea until it wasn't haha! I also like sticking with one thing to completion, it feels good!

Good on you for finding a way to simplify! It's always my biggest struggle 😆 I will definitely be checking out Learning American History through Literature, it looks wonderful. We've used the Memoria Press grade level history supplemental literature bundles the last couple of years and have really enjoyed that as well.

I'm doing my best to keep it minimal this year, we shall see how it looks in 6 months lol! I like the things we've used from Memoria Press also :)

This year for language arts for my 10 year old I have so many options I am definitely making it harder and worse for myself! I have 5 different curriculum choices I’m considering. I’ve lost sleep over it many nights. I have finally decided that I will try each with my student, and let his input, the ease of use, and understanding be our guide in decision making. No more stressing over here! I am schooling a 13 year old and we have a 2 year old in the mix as well. It’s a lot and I need to give myself Grace. Great choices and ideas with your picks for this year!👍🏼

What is your typical daily schedule? How long does it take to get through everything?

We don't do everything everyday. We typically spend 4-5 hours "schooling", which includes break times.
