Hi, unfortunately there aren't any homes available in Serenoa with balconies with the current builders. The few builders I know of who offer balconies are Taylor Morrison, MI Homes, and some DR Horton communities. Based on a town meeting with Lake and Orange county officials and residents, the roadway will not open for several more years. More like 2028.
Road opening is likely for 2028. We live there.
