    Cant wait to try this out. Can you do a video on din tai fung's spicy sauce that they use on their noodles and wonto. Its like a drug, it is so good.

    So, we’re having ribeye steaks, corn and mashed potatoes for dinner. But, we’re missing veggies. So, I followed your recipe and it’s amazing! Thank you.

    Just curious if it may be easier to add the garlic after the rinsing and chill for another 10 min?

    If you add salt to draw out the liquid, won't washing it in water put it back in? I have same question with chicken and salmon.

    I wonder if this can be done for carrot and radish

    If we don’t have any garlic, would garlic powder be a good alternate?

    This not a criticism but an observation. I have seen western cucumber salad, Korean Kim Chi n sourkraut made. They all follow the same pattern of adding salt, letting it seat n squeeze the juice out. I am really thinking why they r throwing away the nutrients down the sink? When I eat cucumber raw, I just skin, cut them n served them w/a salad dressing over it. Nutrients, vitamins n all. Luv u Angel.

    • @opewfmWPO
      @opewfmWPO 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      There's barely any nutrients in cucumbers to begin with, by cutting parts of it/the skin off you skip on more fiber and nutrients than salt would ever draw out with the water.I dont think people in Korea and Germany are making it that way for centuries for no reason.

      The process is critical as it improves the texture
