    Just now catching up to your recent vids. Been watching for awhile. 2 things:
    1. You’re trying to lose weight while lifting. As you lose weight, you will get less stronger or stagnate. It is what it is. If you can maintain your strength while losing weight then that is ideal. But there’s a reason why the heavier you are, the stronger you are. Keep cutting and once you reach your ideal weight, then worry about getting stronger. It’s extremely hard to do both effectively
    2. What helped me the most is changing my mindset. It’s not supposed to be fun. You do it because you want something different. You eat healthy food not because it tastes good, but because of the results it will give you. Treat it like your job. Not because you “feel” like doing it. If you do everything in your life based on feeling then you’re just holding yourself back. You go to work because you have too. You get go to the gym because you have too. Not want too. Don’t look for motivation for things you want in your life. Look for finding the discipline to acquire what you want.
    Anyways, i hope this finds you well. Look forward to seeing your progress. Don’t worry about speed bumps along the way. We are always evolving and learning. 🫡

    You are not the same person you were back in 2018. You are way stronger and way smarter. Yes you’ve made mistakes, that’s a part of the journey. You know the goal, you know what it takes to get there, and you will get there eventually. There are gonna be bad times like you’re experiencing right now, but there are gonna be so many good times too. Lift with your friends, talk to people you love. Think about why you started working out. If you ever feel unmotivated just ask yourself “how badly do you want it”. Your future is bright brother, stay strong.

    Do Meditation - Be aware what you think all the time. If you have negative thoughts stop them and don't let negative thoughts create in your mind. If you have a positive thought keep it. And create positive thoughts you didn't thought before. Understand that positive actions like Saving life, don't steal, don't cheat, don't drink alcohol or drugs don't lie and avoid bad talking will create the way to real happiness for ever.
