Oh! yeah! American friend, I loved the restoration of your beautiful Hi-FI (Motorola) it looked very good, even the pick up was a gem! As for the Radio, I liked seeing the replacement of the electrolytic capacitor, he did it right, I liked it
Thanks for the full-length video, that was fun to watch. And you did an amazing job! 100% agree about the electrolytic replacement---it's not like taking your vintage Mercedes SLK to a concours car show to be judged on original appearance
i got a b1000m that works good as is but will recap within the next month (as i have to wait for parts i ordered for multiple radios at the same time) its such a nice unit and funny enough i stopped at a local thrift shop and found an older wood encased cp7cw motorola 8 track player that i think is about 5 years newer that works that i will pair with the b1000m!
Steve you do great work (magic) with these consoles. You ssid something about caps causing some bass hum, I not sure I under stand what you meant, I haffe a Motorola that has some of that, could explain a little more the cause of that humming, that Bill
Oh my what a great video. You turned it around and brought the old vintage back to life. Well done.

Bloody brilliant! Honestly can't beat the sound from a tube radio. And is that a Lincoln Mark 4/5 I see in the background?
Steve always enjoy the restoring videos , that grill cloth was smashing !!! 👍👍👍
Love the older setups on speakers
So is the amp putting out stereo with some sort of separate low frequency out for the 15inch driver
Impressive video on this console. Looks and sounds great! Learned a lot Steve! Have a great New Year. Steve from IL
Such a great help Steve. I am in the process of restoring a Motorola SK28B and this was fantastic to have seen up front.
