Tirzepatide sold by the name Mounjaro is not available in Pakistan as of yet. I appreciate that you educate patients about new drugs for their ailments however please do mention their availability and side-effects as well. I was on Victoza (once daily) and then on Trulicity (once weekly) injections of the minimum dose but I had to discontinue both as the GI effects and fatigue was intolerable. I lost 7kg in 2 weeks with Trulicity but at the cost of being nauseous and lying half-dead all the time. These injections are wonderful for diabetics but neither the doctors nor the manufacturers discuss in-depth about mitigating the side effects of the drugs.

I'm not a doctor but I'm on ketogenic diet. You have lost tremendous amount of weight and that brings weakness. You must gain muscle mass by doing weight training and vitamins most needed while you are on ketogenic diet. The training should not last for more than 1/2 hours and gradually go for heavy weights. You shall be fine .
