- This video describes those 4 most important Lifestyle Modifications which help a patient of Diabetes Mellitus to control blood sugar in an easy way.
1=Physical Activity at least 30 minutes a day and for at least 5 days a week is very important and it includes jogging,brisk walking,swimming,cycling and rope skipping etc.
2=Losing extra weight and maintaining a very near normal and healthy weight is also a very important point in the management of Diabetes Mellitus.
3=Choices Of foods is also very important aspect like avoiding processed foods most of the time and instead opting for whole grains,beans,nuts and veggies etc.
4=Reducing stress is also very important and this can be achieved by proper 8 hrs sleep,meditation,yoga ,listening to music and going outdoor to places of one's own choice.
