Haven't seen anyone mention it yet but the cake cruiser, the "box" cruiser and captain foxy's revenge vehicles may have been inspired by the Super Racers series by Funko. they're Chica's, Puppet's and Foxy's vehicles. Since we got the cupcake cruiser instead, we might not get that cake cruiser in the final game...?
25:31 You're completely right! This does have some lore relevance! The Midnight Motorist track is based off the side scrolling racing mini game of the same name in Fnaf Pizza Simulator. In that game, there is a spot where you can break off the road and drive first to Jr's which is assumed to be the Pizzaria Fnaf 2 takes place in, and then to a house where you go to find that the child of the character you've been playing snuck off to Freddy's while you were away. That's the most rudimentary version of the midnight motorist story for someone who isn't too well versed in the lore. All of this is to say that it's really interesting that there is a spot where you'd presumably be able to break out of the main track and drive to this house just like in the original minigame.

The unused karts of Foxy's pirate ship and the cake slice could perhaps be a reference to the fnaf funko super racers, which was a toy line of 8 different fnaf characters in their respective matching karts (Foxy had a ship and Toy Chica had a cake slice) I'm not 100% on this though, and it really could just be a coincidence, but still.
I'm guessing that the "MidnightMotorSecret" kart at 3:31 is the version of the car from the hidden area in the Midnight Motorist Minigame in FNaF6 where your able to go to that house in the forest aswell as Jrs. Not sure why it's unused tho. 10:42 reminds me of the drawings Abby made in the FNaF Movie. 13:57 I'd doubt one of the most important characters in all of FNaF would be just cut from the game. he'll probably just be added later, he always comes back.
I wonder if the lights out and flashlight were planned to be like a blue shell and foghorn combo. You turn out the lights on first place, making them unable to see and classic power out Freddy shows up, and then you get jumpscared and take damage/spin out, but if you have the flashlight and use it as Freddy appears, you end the sequence (and maybe so it’s not as niche you can use the flashlight on any hazard)
I’m going to predict what I think the final lineup of characters may look like (assuming they add more) - The 8 in the demo - Roxy & Baby - Secret character (Golden Freddy) - Oddball secret character (like Candy Cadet or Music Man, think R.O.B. In MKDS)
Explanation: I don’t see them doing too many more before launch, as characters seem like a good way to get hype after launch without having to make and test a track, and 12 characters feels like a satisfying group to launch with. Obviously, Roxy and Baby just seem like no-brainers as one fits perfectly and the other is a fan favorite character, both ignoring how they were already considered and are most likely first picks if they were to add more. Golden Freddy is the only one of the original 5 to not be in the demo and having him be a character you could just buy doesn’t really fit the character. The name Fredbear also seems like it would fit the game better. The last one was just me seeing the similarities between R.O.B. and Candy Cadet, those picks are pipe dreams and would be better as carts. I could see one of the Nightshift endos or Lolbit being better picks for that slot that already have models in the game. Minor note: Skins would be sick in this, but adding them on launch may be too much, they already got enough work.

It's cool to see the Lolbit teaser actually in a fnaf game, though I only ever saw it from a TH-cam Short so I thought it could have been from a dev post for a fnaf world fan game (it's like a cute restyle of her, so I was confused) All the characters in this game look amazing too.
I know its weird, but I honestly love the idea of making FNAF into a kart racing game. I Love the Little Detail of Foxy Gripping on the Wheel with his Pinky out, its Barley Noticeable while Playing but its the Detail that Counts that I love.
That house and mound from the Midnight Motorist map seem to be the same ones from FNAF Pizzeria Simulator. Which would actually make sense considering that the Midnight Motorist map is just a recreation of the minigame with the same name. Pretty cool they kept those details in there.
Similarly to the karts seen under the map of Fazbear Hills, you can also find the Freddy in his trailer pose under the map where it's seen in the trailer. (Just look for the buy one get one free pizza sign)

It's cool to see the Lolbit teaser actually in a fnaf game, though I only ever saw it from a TH-cam Short so I thought it could have been from a dev post for a fnaf world fan game (it's like a cute restyle of her, so I was confused) All the characters in this game look amazing too.
I know its weird, but I honestly love the idea of making FNAF into a kart racing game. Everything honestly looks really cool and the gimmicks are implemented tastefully, and I can't wait to see what this game has in store for us, with more options, new courses, maybe a little bit more lore, and so much more awesome stuff coming down the pipeline.
This demo has alot of cut content, I want the majority of the cut content be in the full realise, it looks soo cool

I think the secret version of midnight motorist was supposed to appear in the second map where there is the traffic (even mor with the night-shift where it looks exactly like the minigame from pizzeria sim)

Haven't watched the video yet but I feel its risky making a "unused/unseen content" vid on a demo of a game unreleased. They might use the unused/unseen content in the final product and or not want the unused content to be seen yet.

That house and mound from the Midnight Motorist map seem to be the same ones from FNAF Pizzeria Simulator. Which would actually make sense considering that the Midnight Motorist map is just a recreation of the minigame with the same name. Pretty cool they kept those details in there.
