I would argue that the biggest annoyance is there is no drift correction. Games like Mariokart and Crash Team Racing automatically turn your kart somewhat after a drift, making it so you continue in the direction your kart was moving in the drift. Laps does not do that. I HATE drifting in this game simply because it sends you into a wall. I want to fully drift around a corner, not drift halfway and have to let go otherwise ram into a wall or be stuck in sinkhole hell. By the way, by driving on the walls in sinkhole, you can mess with your karts collision and end up on the unused floor beneath the entire track. Me and my friends dubbed it 'the farlands' and its always hilarious when you end up there. We're still looking for other ways to get to the farlands in the other two tracks.
A way that I found works more often is holding in the opposite direction as you drift, and then turning it a bit in the direction you’re drifting so the cart turn. It still isn’t entirely perfect, but it works a lot more often than just drifting.
can we admire the fact that just like mario inviting bowser to go racing. the kids decided to invite the guy who murdered them to race alongside them. just goes to show no matter how terrible or evil someone is go carts on very dangerous tracks bring us together.

Sorry, 2 years development and they didn't even give the character models basic animations? No idles, no turning, no 'oof got hit', nothing? That's literally absurd. Whatever company that is is just bilking Scott for cash.
Considering Clickteam can’t make a game engine that’s up to snuff with Game Maker and Godot that charges you a hefty price for export options that have LIMITS, it doesn’t really surprise me that the game is so rough tbh. I don’t usually crap on a game engine outside of Unity but Clickteam Fusion is just plain bad.
Im shocked at how clunky this turned out, 2 years and they did NOT cook. This game has potential, but they better iron ALOT of things out before I touch it again. P.s: thank you for correctly identifying the animatronic skeleton a "mech", thats always irked me. Also they shouldve made the giant wolf shadow freddy, that would be cool.
Like, i know it's just a demo and she'll probably be in the final version (she *better* be in the final version), but they couldn't put Roxy in their racing game??
Given that there's data for the Roxy Raceway in the demo's files and the standard kart is themed after the roxy raceway karts I think it's safe to say she's gonna be in the game. Yeah
basically clickteam, is a company that always uses its own game engine "clickteam", but this game is made in unreal engine, because it is either its first time or one of its first times using this engine, so they have no experience
To be honest, I don’t even disagree. I really don’t like shitting on things, especially since in my standards are very low... But, at least in its current state, I don’t think it’s very good. I like it, but it isn't very good.
I think the thing I like about Glamrock Dusky is she doesn't just shit on projects. She always offers good criticism and this is from someone who has taken criticism classes. She always makes sure to include positive feedback and though she lists the faults with something she tends to do it in a way of "here it is in how it can be improved." rather than just raving about how bad something is, and she's usually far more critical of projects made by bigger companies like this and takes more time with smaller projects made by individual developers to offer more constructive feedback on improvement, and she remains encouraging. There's never any "Just stop" with her, it's always "Just do better" and I appreciate that.
Honestly the art style/models are pretty cute but aside from that why does the five nights at Freddie's franchise have such an uninspired licensed game like the only thing that really makes it stand out as THE fnaf racing game is the nightshift mechanic and that's about it why not have each character attack correspond with some of thier themes like foxy with pirate stuff, chica with food and uhh whatever you could make up for the others like atleast something would be better than nothing
13:44 I sorta beg to differ. I agree yes, the items are basic in use and the controls are subpar, Flaf has the battery mechanic that’s a risk versus reward system that gives you extreme speeds if used properly. Along with that, the dayshift/nightshift concept that can really turn tracks on its head IF used properly (it hasn’t really done much other than a reskin of the track so far but I hope you see my point) This game holds a bunch of promise to be a stand out racing game, but it REALLY needs a lot more focus and time in the oven to add needed content and polished gameplay
Exactly- if it comes out early or mid 2025 I’m just not going to hold any high expectations for it. MAYBE late 2025 I will have some expectations but it really needs a 2026 release to be good
i'm just really sad ever since the teaser Clickteam posted i was hella pumped. Mostly cause you know who is my favourite character, but once they revealed what the game is i was still excited since the idea of a FNAF kart-racer sounded fun how is Race With Ryan a better game than FLAF 😭
The game has some identity, but I don’t think it quite pushes its identity far enough. Maybe it’s because “five NIGHTS at Freddy’s” doesn’t have a lot of daytime content, but the day segments of some of these tracks just sort of feel…generic? Lore additions aside, the characters feel out of place. Also making a design decision based on the title’s pun is dangerous. You have to actually do five laps? I hope each race is able to keep up its energy for all five, then.
Wish this game was more than a generic racing game with fnaf characters you can tell that the demo was incredibly rushed Although animatronics playing mario kart is really funny. Also what did they do to baloon boy?
To be fair, it's not like anyone at the company knew the 10th anniversary was coming. Who'd have thought time would continue on a linear path the way it's been doing for the last billion billion years?
12:33 THANK YOU. as much as I still enjoy FNAF, the way it’s affected the animatronics fandom and discussions about it drives me crazy! I lose so much HP every time I hear or read the word “endoskeleton” in reference to animatronics.
Animatronic figures are based on an endoskeleton The endoskeleton is frequently made of aluminum, steel, plastic or wood, and its form as far as possible resembles the actual skeleton of the corresponding figure. Like, come on, it's always been called that, has nobody looked this up?
Um there are companies out there that use the term endoskeleton, one good example is the company Hermonic drive SE. I don't know why people get so heated over a term that is actually used
I think this would honestly be fine if it was a fan game, but as an OFFICIAL game, well a lot more is expected. Heck Bloodborne kart is an actual fan game and look at THAT magnificent beast.
I wouldn't go as far as to say it's a total disaster, after playing for around 30 minutes myself, but the visuals and specifically the drifting controls are definitely... lacking. I understand this is an early access demo, but with Into the Pit directly after it it just feels especially bad. The character designs are fine (except Balloon Boy), but the models definitely don't do them justice, and unless the game gets a LOT of work and polish before release (hoping for a late 2025 release at the earliest to give them time), I don't see this game being much better or worse than another cashgrab-style Mario Kart impersonator, even if it's not a TOTAL cashgrab (again, some things like the character designs and core gameplay mechanics are fine and have potential imo) Also I'm writing this AS I listen to the video from 0:00 onwards so if any of this is mentioned uhhhhh oopsie daisy
this game feels like drunk driving except you are not drunk driving but you're tired from working, had no sleep and your infant son bit your tires. You also have a cow in the back of your car. Also you have random shit in your trunk.
I have been in this fandom for ten years now, and not once have I ever heard that "endoskeletons" are not actually called endoskeletons in the real world. It is crazy to me that this is the first time I'm hearing this information. Thank you for teaching me a new fun fact today!
Five Laps aside, its so nice to hear someone mention the anatomy of real life animatronics and appreciate them! People seem to forget that the inspiration behind FNAF is perfectly harmless and some are great works of machinery! As a big fan of the Rock Afire Explosion AND FNAF (I don't keep up as much as I used to lol) I love it! The Moonrockers DID deserve better 😤
Bro, you serious? You too? Animatronic figures are based on an endoskeleton The endoskeleton is frequently made of aluminum, steel, plastic or wood, and its form as far as possible resembles the actual skeleton of the corresponding figure. It's actually painful seeing how many people think that Fnaf calling the inside an Endoskeleton is so wrong, when it isn't, we have always called it that, Fnaf isn't even the first that called the inside of an animatronic an Endoskeleton. We have an Endoskeleton and yes, this word not only came first since it is literally an internal skeleton, such as the bony or cartilaginous skeleton of vertebrates, but they used it for animatronics too because it literally is the same thing but just without bones and instead has aluminum, steel, plastic or wood. Functions the same way.
I really hope the game could be a lot better when it releases next year. Considering Clickteam was asking for help in the game's help wanted post with Lolbit from way back, I feel they're still currently in deep development with the game since they may not have as much hands/skill to develop the game to a proper state at this time period for a demo. I see a lot of potential in this game. I really like the style/look of the characters, the references, the gameplay (which I feel does a good job of intertwining the elements of the series into a kart racer) and I feel it's all held back by the bugs, proper steering/drift control and a lack of info on certain things (like the character class). The UI could be a lttle more expressive and better. And they also NEED to add a map. That's a basic fundamental thing MOST kart games have in order to show the player what's to come in the track. Here's to hoping Five Laps at Freddy's could have a proper, successful launch next year

I'll be honest, wasn't exactly expecting much out of a FNAF kart racer, just the fact that this is a thing is insane to me, But given this showing from 3 months ago, it somehow still seems disappointing. I'm really mixed, because on one hand, I like the lore accuracy of Fazbear entertainment releasing a completely half baked rush spinoff for the sake of money. But on the Other and more serious hand, if this is something they're expecting people to pay money more, it seems to need a fair bit of work....
Honestly, my biggest issue with the game so far has been that it's piss easy. Now, I am a very seasoned (not necessarily good) racist, but I've never really liked kart racers because they rely way too much on your luck instead of your driving skill, but after remapping the controls (Who's idea was it to put throttle on left trigger?), I managed to win my first race with a 19 second lead, which is massive, to the point where the other animatronics didn't even show up in the grid, the game genuinely gave up on tracking them. Another thing is that the game genuinely feels like it can't decide if it wants to be a normal or a kart racer, you have all the mechanics of a regular kart racer (Drifting, boosting, jumping, and boost pads), but with a physics model that doesn't really lend itself too well to forcing the player to engage in those mechanics, most if not all corners can be taken easily with your regular steering, and while I honestly quite enjoy that, there's really no reason to drift besides gaining a tiny boost, but that's _also_ hampered by the massive speed loss when you're drifting, which, again, is realistic, but doesn't really lend itself well to a kart racer, and it doesn't help that there's also just a regular boost you can use at any time, making the drift boost irrelevant unless you're trying to save energy; there are some good innovations and ideas, the Nightshift mode is an interesting way to break up the gameplay, but it doesn't really do much besides the Big Bad Torso following you around if you have low battery, and most are just dumb stuff like separating jump and drift just to be different from Mario Kart. Also, Midnight Motorist always crashes on the second lap for me.
Please give us an unhinged and insanely meticulously detailed breakdown of the ups and downs that mascot horror has done to the real life mascot field.
I’m not very good at racing games, but I honestly think that FLAP is good, it just needs some work. And honestly, the stage I found to be the glitchiest was The Sinkhole, with resetting on a certain segment of the track causing you to get stuck in a loop of resetting in the tunnel in front of the pizza place part of it. Sure midnight motorist crashed a few times, but I didn’t really experience any other bugs on that track.
10:45 this remapping bug also means this game is not accessible to physically disabled players who use accessibility controllers. So not friendly to vis impaired or physically disabled players, though surprisingly more freindly to photosensitive players than other fnaf games
I was playing the sinkhole map, being stuck into a loop and my game got bricked, I had to restart my computer, and at some point I was racing myself, because all the NPC's got stuck. I kept getting turned around from touching little things, sent under the map by turning, and getting killed when my battery wasn't recharging., as well as items not being thrown etc. Basically, this game needs ALOT more TCL and work. The controls suck and I had to go into settings to change the controls constantly. Love FNAF, think this game has potential, its cute and adorable, and the attention to detail, but having Clickteam do this game was a bad choice/it needed some more time in the oven :(
Another example of “game company releases rushed unfinished game because of deadlines” It is a “demo” (more like public beta) tho so I hope the final game is waaaaaaay better.
The hate for the game is so stupid, this is an EARLY build of the game and just because it's a demo doesn't mean it's going to be a sample of the full release, The version of the demo is version 0.24 WHICH IS VERY EARLY IN DEVOLPMENT. The problems like the sinkhole was because it was the most unpolished map in the demo so they know the problems with that. They are actively trying to fix bugs and improve the game so instead of trashing on it actually help them and tell clickteam about bugs and other problems instead of just insulting it. I think it's a fine game and people have ridiculous standards for a game that most likely has a few people working on it. Plus it's a racing game not a typical fnaf game so it's harder to work on. And it's on an completely different engine which they aren't used to. They wanted to make it in clickteam but their Firefly engine needs more work before tackling a game of this scope. SO they decided it was best for the FNaF community to use something else. They are very passionate about the game and we just know the release day is in sometime in 2025 so it most likely isn't coming out any time soon. The game is amazing and they clearly care about the game and what to give something awesome for the FNaF community but the FNaF community hate everything that's different
Hey Dusky. I found your channel a month ago through the segment you did on Preston’s Hourglass. I’m friends with all of the people involved and we all got a kick out of your commentary. I’ve stayed for the content though and have now binged pretty much the entire channel while working. Your stuff is delightful. I love the editing and scripting and something about your voiceover makes me really happy. You’re super good at this and I’m glad you’re seeing some success so early. Just wanted to say thanks for the awesome content and best of luck to you going forward :)
What bothers me the most is that this RACING game doesn't have a map! I don't know what it is, but the lack of a map just makes the game very confusing! Like, how am I supposed to know how far from the finish line I am?? Or who's behind and in front??? Or even the shape of the track??? I know it sounds silly, but a map would be really useful, especially for people like me who get lost easily!
alot of people say "its demo give it time it will be better" but i'm like... no it won't a demo is verticle slice of the game, if the game is this bad in the demo form then i doubt its gonna be fixed, i'm glad into the pit and fnaf in dbd were highlights but if only flaf came out it would have been a bad anniversy
I'll argue that demos are NOT a vertical slice of the game, you're thinking of a TECH DEMO-- the thing you show to possible investors/bosses/managers to pitch your project, not to players. A playable demo can be anything from a prototype build (Chrono Trigger's kiosk demo, the RE2 demo that was on RE1 Director's cut, a lot of Spaceworld/E3/DS download play demos from the Wii Shop) to a segment of the full game (Wild ARMs, the Sonic Adventure 2 demos, the Playstation Underground Brave Fencer Musashi demo) or the whole game but with a playable time limit (like the Smash Brawl demos or the Final Fantasy 8 demo).
Seeing as this game doesn’t come out till late next year, and the FNAF community is absolutely BEATING THE HELL out of this game, it’ll definitely be polished by then, hell I wouldn’t be surprised if they delayed it specifically because the demo is getting dunked on so hard.
honestly, i genuinely enjoy playing the demo, but i also think i got incredibly lucky for some reason. I have around 2 hours of playtime on the demo, and I've never encountered any issues with AI. I've also went out of bounds only once (in the same spot in the Sinkhole as you did), and had issues with a spawnpoint also only once in the same exact spot shown in 17:48 . regarding 16:25 i got 2 of these errors, but one of them was in the first map (fields something?) and the other one was on the finish line of Midnight Motorist, not on the highway. I also don't have a lot of experience with racing games and I've never played any of the mario kart games, so that may be why my expectations are lower which also mixed with me being lucky enough to avoid most of the issues. it shocked me when i got a notification with this title, but i also agree with most of the cons listed unfortunately. as naive as it can be, i genuinely just hope to see a decent, playable and enjoyable game come out next year and that it'll be a nice surprise to everyone edit: just got the fatal error on the finish line of Midnight Motorist again. i didn't get hit by a single car on the highway beforehand, so it's not the highway that is the problem
My suggestion for changing the sound of getting an item box would be to replace the current sound with the toreador's march and have glowy eyes flicker in the item visualizer until the march stops and the item you got shows up at the corner of the screen
I thought this was gonna be another one of those "I don't like it, therefor it's trash" sort of videos where it gives 18 reasons why their opinions are facts actually. Let's just say I was pleasantly surprised.
This is definitely a me thing/minor nitpick but I HATE how we went from security breach, which had PERFECT in universe marketing for fazbear ent, to a game that makes the characters animatronics in the text. I know it's not super serious but I want more things like Freddy and friends on tour where they're allowed to just be characters and not have to be robots- if you wanna put characters like springtrap or mangle in here why not make them hidden behind codes you can find in game to add to the retro feel they're going for? Also as someone who loves both fnaf and irl animatronics i would watch your video on misconceptions about animatronics FNAF has spread
Honestly, the only two issues that I’ve seen with the demo, is the huge amount of bugs, and the lack any kind of ingame tutorial. Other than that, it’s honestly a super fun game.
from the way foxy was angled, i didn't even notice he had a scarf until the gameplay of him ingame started playing it's a neat pose, but it's basically a side view lmao
Timestamp 12:31 Robot insides not called what you think? That's normal. In Medabots it's called a tinpet or tin-pet depending on the media. Though, endoskeleton does make more sense. It does act as the skeleton of the animatronic, and does go on the inside of the animatronic's chasis. Also, they are likely calling them endoskeletons as "mech" can mean something else, and they don't want to confuse people. For example; what game comes to mind when I say bird people? Now how about if I say harpy? Rito? Chozo? Okay; let's try with something more common; What comes to mind when for zombie? What if we call them necrons? The decayed? tarnished? living dead? necromorph? Suddenly you have a name for something so common that you can market to people who play your game - they'll see a zombie marketed as a necron and more likely associate it with your IP instead of "oh, another zombie from some random franchise". I do agree that the giant wolf animatronic doesn't much look like it's an endo.
THE WAY THE DEMO OF THE GAME IS A LITTLE GLITCH BUT REALLY COOL. AND MAYBE THE FULL GAME CAN HAVE MORE COOL LOCATIONS, MORE CHARACTERS, MORE VILLAINS LIKE TWISTED WOLF, SOME MORE SKILLS AND POWER UPS, AND EVEN SOME NEW GO KARTS TOO. WHAT DO YOU THINK
I can't even finish Midnight Motorist. Which REALLY sucks for me! Pizzeria Simulator was one of my favorite FNAF titles of all time. The game just crashes constantly. Once, when I was on the last leg of lap 4, near the finish line! It was so perfectly timed I thought it was an in-universe "glitch" story event akin to the glitch segments of FNAF World! And while I didn't encounter the bug in The Pit that you talked about, I had a generally rough time navigating it. And I didn't see the character 'class' thing til you mentioned it. I just played as Chica for the most part and so it happened to work in my favor. I want this to be good but this demo is not putting its best foot forward.
a neat tutorial to get around the bugs and issues of Five Laps at Freddy's: 1. close Five Laps at Freddy's 2. open Preston's Hourglass instead hope this helps FNAF fans!
12:31 the surge of joy i felt knowing i am not the only one who is enraged by how the fnaf series has fucked over animatronic culture. it's so bad that if i want to learn something new about animatronics there's ALWAYS fnaf. god forbid i want to make a homemade animatronic, because all the results will be be "i made fnaf in real life guys that's crazy!!!" you know what's actually crazy? aaron fechter accidentally making a bomb that blew up half his warehouse that's 10x more interesting than making shit designed animatronics (sorry, i do love the fnaf franchise but by god do i get heated when i talk about how much it's screwed over animatronic culture)
Reading some of the comments makes me wonder if anyone even knows what alpha and beta even mean for game dev. Like- seriously. When something's in alpha that means it can be played start to finish, but it's completely unpolished and there's next-to-nothing else in the game [that, and there's bugs wherever you look]. Speaking of comments... Can anyone please provide me a genuine source on FLaF having 2 years worth of development time behind it? I've spent upwards of 4 hours desperately searching for this and genuinely can't for the life of me find anything of note, so I'm just gonna ask if anyone has a link to anything. Assuming, ofc that it isn't a fabricated idea to justify hate or anything lmao Also, sorry not sorry, but can we finally drop this line of clickbait titles & thumbnails? ESPECIALLY for reviews of games? I kinda went into this expecting theftking-level opinions [and therefore a good laugh], not a proper genuine criticism worth looking at. It REALLY does this video a disservice, because it actually lists the damn problems with the demo that I'd really like to see fixed.
store.steampowered.com/app/3078140/Five_Laps_at_Freddys/ First dev post on their steam page, they mention working on it for a little over two years! And thank you for your feedback on the thumbnail/title. I admit I'm not amazing at coming up with these haha
I would genuinely enjoy to watch a full length rant on all the ways Freddy's animatronics are unlike the real ones. It's not exactly a surprise that their in-game depiction isn't true to the real thing, but it is surprising how many people seem to think it is.
3:10 Hold up. Not only does my character selection impact my class, not only do I have different karts with different stats - but *neither* of these are clearly explained, and the only way to work it what I want to play as is to test each kart with each racer and try to remember all the different stat impacts?
There ARE some really fun concepts here. I think the jump mechanic, the idea of the night mode, the one really cool track, the CONCEPT of the wolf anamatronic coming after you and having to keep your battery up to protect yourself from it, a couple of the items like the doors, and the racers having different classes, are all fun different things that COULD help it stand out among other cart racing games. I also really really want another wolf animatronic, so sue me. But there's just... so much, and I think the design of the wolf animatronic feels like someone's barebones first attempt at modeling. Not to mention the uh... actual models (Except Foxie's, I love it immensely). I know it's just a demo and I don't want to judge it TOO harshly but OH my goodness that is a.... that is a rough demo.
@@GlamrockDusky Yeah, I've seen Lost Bit's video, but having her portrait in the files doesn't guarantee that she'll be added later. Ash Williams being teased and undelivered for Mortal Kombat has given me a lot of trust issues...
One thing I can add in as someone with experience in kart racers (mainly CTR): 90 degree corners being the only ones where you can actually drift consistently is ridiculous. If you try to take longer corners in one drift the car will just keep turning into a 180° and into a wall (and that's on lowest steering combo)
No offense, but this is a demo, not a complete build. And I understand that yes, at the moment, it’s a complete buggy mess. But again, it’s a demo. Compare it to say… the original Grounded 30 minute beta. It was broken, glitchy, and you could barely do anything, but there were great bones for the teams to work with. And not to mention, even if this game sucks, let me put it to you this way. Games trying to make light of the history of Fazbear are minimized for profit, so if anything, it’s damn near in character. Again, not trying to invalidate your opinion, nor your thoughts. Just trying to give the benefit of the doubt.

It still isn’t entirely perfect, but it works a lot more often than just drifting.
i thought the drifting thing mightve just been a skill issue on my part so thank you for validating me lmao
Yeah i'd like the drifting to be like team sonic racing
Agreed!

Magnet steals battery. Observe the battery at 10:35, then keep an eye on it.
13:44 I sorta beg to differ. I agree yes, the items are basic in use and the controls are subpar, Flaf has the battery mechanic that’s a risk versus reward system that gives you extreme speeds if used properly. Along with that, the dayshift/nightshift concept that can really turn tracks on its head IF used properly (it hasn’t really done much other than a reskin of the track so far but I hope you see my point)
This game holds a bunch of promise to be a stand out racing game, but it REALLY needs a lot more focus and time in the oven to add needed content and polished gameplay

how is Race With Ryan a better game than FLAF 😭
The game has some identity, but I don’t think it quite pushes its identity far enough. Maybe it’s because “five NIGHTS at Freddy’s” doesn’t have a lot of daytime content, but the day segments of some of these tracks just sort of feel…generic? Lore additions aside, the characters feel out of place.
Also making a design decision based on the title’s pun is dangerous. You have to actually do five laps? I hope each race is able to keep up its energy for all five, then.

Is it really that bad that it is called that?
You do know we have Endoskeletons, right?
It's the same for an animatronic.
Animatronic figures are based on an endoskeleton
The endoskeleton is frequently made of aluminum, steel, plastic or wood, and its form as far as possible resembles the actual skeleton of the corresponding figure.

The character designs are fine (except Balloon Boy), but the models definitely don't do them justice, and unless the game gets a LOT of work and polish before release (hoping for a late 2025 release at the earliest to give them time), I don't see this game being much better or worse than another cashgrab-style Mario Kart impersonator, even if it's not a TOTAL cashgrab (again, some things like the character designs and core gameplay mechanics are fine and have potential imo)
Also I'm writing this AS I listen to the video from 0:00 onwards so if any of this is mentioned uhhhhh oopsie daisy

The endoskeleton is frequently made of aluminum, steel, plastic or wood, and its form as far as possible resembles the actual skeleton of the corresponding figure.

Here's to hoping Five Laps at Freddy's could have a proper, successful launch next year
I would absolutely love to see a video of all the misconceptions FNAF has about animatronics!

Making a competition to rename this video from: "Five Laps At Freddy's Is A Disaster" To: "Five Laps At Disaster."
Five laps at Freddy's looks like some tired Mario kart clone that has no direction, and will end up crashing and burning

Ofcpurse the sinkhole from fnaf sb was gonna be the buggiest 💀
Love FNAF, think this game has potential, its cute and adorable, and the attention to detail, but having Clickteam do this game was a bad choice/it needed some more time in the oven :(
I think they were a bit *too* accurate with the Security Breach-Ruin course and how broken it is...
Yeah….
I found a bug in the second level I played so I made a video just to see if I get it again
Also watching the game implode can be hilarious
Another example of “game company releases rushed unfinished game because of deadlines”
It is a “demo” (more like public beta) tho so I hope the final game is waaaaaaay better.
I would unironically love a video about animatronic misconceptions
The entire point of a demo is to demonstrate the game! This is a bad demo!

And here I thought that it were Five Lap Dances at Freddy’s, truly it’s a sad day
What bothers me the most is that this RACING game doesn't have a map!
I really hope it's just a really really REALLY early demo instead of a slice of the full day 😭😭 they better not pull a gamefreak on us this time
To be fair, FNAF’s endoskeleton is more advanced then a average animatronic mech
honestly, i genuinely enjoy playing the demo, but i also think i got incredibly lucky for some reason.
I also don't have a lot of experience with racing games and I've never played any of the mario kart games, so that may be why my expectations are lower which also mixed with me being lucky enough to avoid most of the issues. it shocked me when i got a notification with this title, but i also agree with most of the cons listed unfortunately. as naive as it can be, i genuinely just hope to see a decent, playable and enjoyable game come out next year and that it'll be a nice surprise to everyone
edit: just got the fatal error on the finish line of Midnight Motorist again. i didn't get hit by a single car on the highway beforehand, so it's not the highway that is the problem

That's normal.
In Medabots it's called a tinpet or tin-pet depending on the media.
Though, endoskeleton does make more sense. It does act as the skeleton of the animatronic, and does go on the inside of the animatronic's chasis.
Also, they are likely calling them endoskeletons as "mech" can mean something else, and they don't want to confuse people.
For example; what game comes to mind when I say bird people?
Now how about if I say harpy?
Rito?
Chozo?
Okay; let's try with something more common;
What comes to mind when for zombie?

First dev post on their steam page, they mention working on it for a little over two years!
And thank you for your feedback on the thumbnail/title. I admit I'm not amazing at coming up with these haha
I saw the trailer and it looked like a asset dump game.
I would genuinely enjoy to watch a full length rant on all the ways Freddy's animatronics are unlike the real ones. It's not exactly a surprise that their in-game depiction isn't true to the real thing, but it is surprising how many people seem to think it is.
I can't stop looking at the 2D character on the left. I think anyone knows why. 😈
Hopefully this isn't the final roster, because the lack of Roxanne is criminal.
she's planned afaik! there is an early portrait of her in the files
@@GlamrockDusky Yeah, I've seen Lost Bit's video, but having her portrait in the files doesn't guarantee that she'll be added later. Ash Williams being teased and undelivered for Mortal Kombat has given me a lot of trust issues...
I can’t be the only one who thought this was a fan game
Just trying to give the benefit of the doubt.
when the full game comes out i will be trying to see if freddy will go through the windshield flatout style with ragdoll physics
