    I have changed my views on b12 and I no longer take a supplement. I don’t believe in taking a supplement unless you are deficient and really believe it will help.

    Throwing juicing under the bus seems odd. Being that you were severely underslept for 10 years and general calorie restricting seems a larger factor in your decreased metabolism. Although in my perspective a slow metabolism is a good thing- as your body has become more efficient. (Good mpg!)
    I couldn’t imagine being that underslept for that long and would imagine it would take years to catch up.
    But that’s your experience and I value your perspective💚

    OMG this is for me. It's like finally I can just relax and eat fruit. I was so afraid I need to do juice cleanse otherwise I'm not going to do this raw thing right. I like juices, but one in the morning and that's it, I need to eat something after that.

    Great video. I have raw vegan friends always pushing the “cashew cheese” and when I say no thank you they tell me how it’s important to have fun. I say that I can have fun on fruit but when I go to those pot lucks with all of your list of 10 in their foods it’s awfully hard to resist. I’m in Venice Florida, good fruit had been scarce this winter. Love your channel!

      Yes! I agree!!!! It’s bc fat has the most calories of any food on earth and our brains are hardwired to eat as many calories as possible in case of famine. We MUST be prepared for this temptation and fill up on foods we WANT to eat

    A lot of fruit based raw foodists have teeth problems as it's often difficult to get ripe pineapple and oranges in some parts of the world. You do have to be very stringent with taking care of teeth I have had issues with it myself not realising how unripe the fruit was you can end up with tons of cavities and enamel erosion. Having said all of that teeth issues can be because of a weak parathyroid gland and often happens during detox. In terms of juice fasting it has its place for people that are really sick and can be a life saver for them. Anyone that's diabetic should avoid juices for a while and eat whole fruits such as apples pears a s grapes. I do think that it is possible not to have to supplement b12 if your gut is working effectively. I tend to eat celery after dried fruit helps to clean the teeth. I would say a other point is that people don't eat enough.

    we're made of 70% water, so we need water in our foods. To me, when I was younger, I ate mostly liquids or liquidy foods - like yogurt and orange juice - during my teens. The reason is that I don't know why people try to transition our bodies to more solid food and animal products as a kid. We start off with the most pulverized and soft of foods, so we shouldn't grow out of that. It's like how the media wants us to consume violent content as adults - like why are we transitioning to that just because we're an adult? These transitions don't make sense to me - they don't have rhyme or reason. And just because we eat liquidy foods doesn't mean we don't consume fiber - we can have the pulp with the juice. I don't believe we should drink juice iwthout the pulp - because it's just not a whole food that way! Also it should have the peel too (imo)! Because then we're eating the entire plant. But that's me.

      one of the things is when you're used to being a certain way - how do you transition without feeling it?

    • @Soul.7
      @Soul.7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@extropiantranshuman
      You’re GONNA FEEL IT, and you must, you are human with a physical body and a subtle astral and mental body that is expressing all of your feelings, and thoughts. No quick fixes here or running away from the changes we are making! Making changes has to be experienced, whether detox feelings, cravings, feeling all alone on this journey, feelings of being deprived (of the negative habits we are so used to). These will all pass - if you are being consistent, if you can find new rawfood fruity friends, and imbue yourself in great literature and videos that guide and inspire you. Let us not lament the process. Ride the storm - good vibrant health is on the other side, that’s the simple wisdom of natural law, proper nutrition, and your body. And wisdom does not need to be complicated. Go forth, and regenerate your wellness birthright. 🔮
      Last thoughts - stay properly hydrated each day. Also do some cleansing of the bowels/colon regularly will very help with the detox and right food transitions. Find the best way to incorporate that into your world (whether by yourself or with a therapist or both periodically).

    • @extropiantranshuman
      @extropiantranshuman ปีที่แล้ว

      I'm creating a vegan library to make it easier for me to do my research. The issue is that most plants are what I'm sensitive to - especially raw food. I just fall really ill - and it gets progressively worse. "Riding it out" doesn't make sense at all. You can't be stabbed and then say 'ride it out' for the pain instead of taking the knife out of your body. My parents used to say the equivalent of 'stab it in further so you get used to it' by eating more. It just made me more ill. Just having more fruity friends won't help - I need to be able to survive. Grocery store produce makes me really ill - so I can't just 'go raw' because that's what I'd be switching my food out to (as most nuts at the store aren't actually 'raw'). Why do something if it's not fully understood to where it's done incorrectly?
      Yes I heard about water fasts, but living in the desert - I drink water all day, but I just get progressively more and more ill from chugging water all day. So that's why I eat cooked food.
      If you have a solution and better ideas, I'm open to them. I would like to be raw - it's what I did as a kid - but it's not feasible where I live. I'd have to forage for all of my food - and there's not enough for that where I live - being a literal desert.
      I do appreciate your encouraging words - it moves me forward - but it needs perspective.@@Soul.7

    Squirrels and a lot of other animals also eat nuts. It's beneficial for the tree if animals eat the nuts, because the animals will take the nuts and store them underneath the ground where the nuts can grow into trees. Because nuts can last like 2 years, so if the animal doesn't eat it, a new tree grows.

    • @Soul.7
      @Soul.7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      laura_soto ....
      That is a big question, ‘how much fruit to eat for you on a weight of 135K’. You need a personal answer, not a theoretical one, or any guesses. Work with someone who gets to know you and your body, okay. Nobody knows your case history here! Are there therapists and coaches in your area that can assist you, and gently hold you to account too? That can be really motivating for some people. We have long journeys to go, many of us, and decisions we start out doing need to be adapted as we detox off the weight. Start with mono fruits for breakfast, eat until satisfied, maybe more fruit later or, or a big giant salad with fruit dressing. Keep fats low (10% ideally). Informational book or ebook to look into that might help you is 80/10/10 by Doug Graham. Sorry that I have to stay in the general here. Good luck. 🤸🏾‍♂️✨

    intermittent fasting isn't what builds abs - it's eating protein with a high bioavalability, along with decreasing inflammation, and not eating too much food. If it is food, then it's not abrasive on the body - and it's better if it's highly absorbing - because absorption takes the food out of the GI tract and into the muscles - to create muscles. However, bodybuilding isn't a good goal - because you can have a lot of muscles and them be useless. What's better is to have useful musculature and then use those muscles - because that will naturally develop other muscles in a natural way.
    I have a recipe on my website for this (because I used to do triathlons and stuff) called the 'athletic lunch'. The base is raw rice protein and orange juice, but also red berry powder with inulin as a prebiotic. These build your muscle and reduce your fat level without having to go to the gym!

    Excluding foods is starving yourself. If it's raw, wild and natural, you can eat it. So also fish, meat, nuts

      @@MsFitVegan I was wanting to know more about your feelings about juicing. I stopped at 24 days because my body wanted to slow down the cleansing a bit. I am 100 percent raw and fully transitioned off the fast. I understand the need to reset gut biome but I am afraid to go too long without fiber.
