Excellent video Joey, all of my track is painted and had balast applied. But I'm going to try the pan pastel weathering
Actually, while more expensive, I did pick up some code 83 flex track that was already painted for use on sidings to resemble not much use.
I do the same thing but wrap paper towel around something flat then run it across rails to wipe cleaner and easier
A tip i learned is to use a small sqaure piece of wood or a small wooden dowel after painting. Then i use a bright boy. 👍
