This was so fun to watch. I'm a 77yr old granny it made me want to get out with my little ones again. I have a magnet coming and I'm going to do it...even if I have to use a cane. LOL
One guy's video recommended water skiing rope for the magnet. Definitely stay away from natural or linen rope. Also recommended to go with braided instead of twisted line.
Awesome finds man! I knew that was a CRKT the second you pulled it out..score! I bet if you let that flashlight dry out real good it'll work.. Yes they do make a bigger magnets. I have a 500lb pull and Brute Magnetects just came out with a 1000lb pull!! If you buy directly from there website it is a little cheaper and free shipping.
MNpicker ..... 1K pound.... Haha.. That's crazy. I am keeping the knife for sure. I was lucky to get it and it being in such good shape. Light cleaning with a brass brush and a little oil and it works great.
CRKT is a hit or miss knife brand. Some of their stuff is great, some is pure ebay quality. At the end of the day any old folder works well for a tackle or tool box though
You should try to get that flashlight working. Most of the time when a flashlight has no batteries there was usually drugs inside. Yeah I watch COPS and Live PD, the officers always check flashlights because people hide drugs in them.
Apparently you don't fish, I keep all floats and give to kids when they have none. I only keep the really big ones for myself as I use live bluegills for big bass.
CCDetecting and Scrapping ..... I have been so freaking busy, I haven't had time to make videos! Got a guy dumping a truck load of scrap on me as fast as I can pick it up and get through it. Some cool old 60s and 70s electronics, most are roached, but a few resell things, a lot of junk, but take the good with the bad! I still have the knife, I am not really a knife guy, so I was thinking of doing a give away with it this weekend.
The knife is a Columbia River Knife and Tool M-16 and it's actually not a " great knife ", neither is the little multitool or the dollar store Victorinox knockoff. The multitool is junk, and the knife is just mediocre. It's a $20 Chinese knife commonly available at Walmart and sporting goods stores. I'd say the Channellock needlenose pliers are the best thing you found, at least as far as quality goes. Btw I would carry my own magnet to retrieve my dropped knives and tools.
ok mr found it..... 36 seconds in, and the dock you're on looks just like that dock on google earth with the streak of blood on it. izzat wierd or what?
How powerful is your magnet? We tried 100 lbs (claimed to be), found a lot of stuff on the bottom it finds but not enough power to lift up. Got some fishing bells though and a rod holder. What is the best lbs for the magnet fishing?
Ordanka .... I started out with a 150lb. The one in this vid is a 350lb. I just got a 500lb I am going to try out this weekend. Bigger the better, however, bigger will stick to things VERY hard and can be dangerous if you get your fingers pinched. A 500 can easily break your fingers.

Hey what kind of rope do you use for magnet fishing
Most folks just use Paracord for the smaller one like his, but Amazon has some good affordable selections just look up magnet fishing.

Very god lnife brand see of it says carson m16 or m14 if so you foind about a 50-70 dollar knife
throw it out there
Poor quality video, you need to pay more attention to where your go-pro is pointed. Much of the stuff you found was off screen.
Oh come on, people drop things out of boats. Your just not fun to watch.
