Because of the fantastic headphones mentioned above all the pipe organ stuff needs to be redone and with the bass boosted and then it will sound like it's exactly in the church where it was done
My parish acquired an organ back in the 50s too big for our building. When they bring in the big pipes, it can cause heart palpitations if you're in one of the acoustic sweet spots.
Loving this! you should consider doing this to some bach... I find given the constraints of most headphonnes and speakers, these boosted versions actually give a truer indication of what it is like experiencing organ music in person.
Thanks for the recommendation. I'm too poor for those right now, but when I have the money scraped together for high quality headphones I'll check those out :)
@@nathandavis3002 I have the Bose ones. They are amazing, but it still doesnt come close to reality, where you can feel your organs vibrating. Still, as close as it gets probably.
You need a friend who can play the organ for you. I have two of them and they are the greatest people to be around, plus they enjoy what they do. @@constantinalexe4862
I copied it from a CD that I got some years ago, so you'll probably can't find it online... I could however look for a link for the CD to buy, if you want.
@@nicholasspicer5171 I think it's this one... There is also a german Amazon link for the album, but I don't know about any english or american websites offering it.
@@leif-erikhallmann After days of searching, I was unable to find any seller who shipped to America. Would it be possible for me to pay you shipping and the cost for a copy of this CD? Or Guggenmos himself be willing to send me a copy, do you think?
We definitely need more bass boosted organ music

You need the top Sony or Bose noiseless headphones because now you don't have to deal with the room. It will sound fantastic!!
Ong!
@@johnhix9678 not necessarily...depend on the acoustic it was recorded in
I love those POWERFUL 💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥 32' Contre Bombardes in the pedal reeds!

Wow ! Where is this church ?
I think in the Toccata part one should use 32' stops in pedal including low C which gives about 16 Hz. Great performance and awesome piece.
I surrender to the beauty of this piece of work performed on such a monster old tech tone making system.
I've been in a reggae dance night club and a cathedral and both places you can feel the bass in the building and in your soul.
This Suite played live is an experience beyond headphone capabilities but this does it a fair amount of justice! I loved your Widor No.6 Allegro too!!
*Long-Hair music forever.*

this is the real thing...YES 30hz where it's needed

Well...there is the French Organ music.....and then there is everything else.
If you use the top brand Bose and Sony headphones noise canceling you'll hear them exactly how they sound in the church.

Speakers that go down to 23 hz reproduce this beautiful sounds
Absolutely beautiful.
Great music wit excellent bass
I creamed when the Bombardes hit at the end.
Super bass
You require spheric microphone types to grab the homegenious frequency distribution. Then the very low frequencies also come better on the subwoofer.
well done, especially the minuet, love the articulation and not taking the tempo too fast
Try bassboost pieces performed by this guy Henrik Heikkinen, he play in Turku, where are really extreme loud 32 Bombardes ;)
Don't forget the Saint-Saens organ concerto finale. Lots of 32' pedal pipes there.
Symphony (N° 3 to be exact), not concerto... ;)
Temporary insanity. Organ Symphony No. 3. Check out the version by the Auckland Community Symphony.

Already did. Not the best I heard and the sound quality could be better. ;)
yes desk vibrating from speakers!!!!!
Love the bass boost
Davie could play this with BASS
Music played by Meastro Forte🎹
I use this to test my subwoofers 🤣🤣🤣.
Good sounding organ, well voiced. Needs tuning. The GOTHIQUE is nicely performed.
There's something enduring about the out of tune Reeds in french organ music, I feel. Adds a bit of authenticity, and spice.
Thanks . Dios te salve
where can I find the original audio for this? i cant find it anywhere besides this video. Willibald Guggenmos plays this beautifully.

Which organ is in the video image?
It's actually the organ it's played on, the Cavaillé-Coll organ in Azkoitia, Spain
Instrument?
Pipe Organ 💪
@@leif-erikhallmann not funny! What instrument and where?
@@brucetominello325 haha sorry, it's the Cavaillé-Coll Organ in Azkoitia, Spain😉
@@leif-erikhallmann thank you, I was certain it was , just didn’t know where. A beauty!
The treble should be a little more loud, the Bass is drowning them out and it should be a little bit less intense...
