Royal Oud is tops in my Creed collection, especially during autumn, winter and early spring. The oud here is barely detectable, but no matter. Thanks for the review.
Great review. Creed's so called history is not entirely true as I've heard. If you can find read the book "The Ghost Perfumer: Creed, Lies, & the Scent of the Century" by Gabe Oppenheim. 😌
1700 seems pretty far fetched to be honest, that is what I thought anyway. Maybe 1900s or late 1800s but who knows and who cares I guess, as long as they keep their quality up and don't water it down
How refreshing to find a fragrance reviewer capable of quality descriptive dialogue rather than listing notes. Subscribed :)

An amazing fragrance the Oud and Cedar are beautiful , a little pricey maybe someday I can get a 50 ML or settle for a 5 ML 😊
Thank you! Just bought it :)
And how do you like it so far ? 😊

I have heard that Creed exaggerated some of their historical claims. I'll have to check out that book!

Have you ever tried Passion by Elizabeth Taylor? It's a deeper spicy, smokey amber scent that I think you'd like.
I haven't tried it yet, but it does sound nice!
@@willowschafer It is, it's super sexy
