Some wonderful filming, the Tasmanian tourist board should pay you :). The food looked amazing, I could eat there all day and then waddle home like a duck.
I love everything about this video; the scenery, food, locales, especially the drone footage at the beach. Thanks for sharing your experiences in a part of the world only a few will see in person.
Only a few people? Lmao. Tassie is actually quite a hot tourist spot, which is where a lot of our state income comes from. We also have a populus of about 540,000+ people. It’s quite a nice place.
I must confess I thought Tasmania was sparsely populated. I now realize there are 540 000+ people there and it seems a wonderful place. Thanks for making me discover that part of Australia. Thanks also for the squid and chorizo recipe that looked delicious.
Thanks Nina for a return to Tassie. Launceston born, holidayed in Ulverstone each summer. Rellies had a shack at Coles Bay, one of about a dozen. So unspoiled. Mind you, that was 60 years ago! Think the asylum in New Norfolk was still operating back then. Hard for me to imagine it as it is now. Best produce in Oz. The pure state. Unpolluted streams and oceans. I do hope it remains so, as this is the memory of a 75 year old. Someone mentioned raspberries. Oh yes, I salivate at the memory of picking raspberries and loganberries in our garden, as many disappearing down my throat as made it to the table. Gooseberries too. Never see them now. Would have loved a longer viewing, showcasing more of the produce the island has to offer. Let’s not forget excellent wines. Next time, perhaps? Now reside in the Blue Mountains. Similar climate. Very wet presently. Keep safe in your travels. Oh Ukraine😭
Oh I knew you’d find your way to Agrarian kitchen! The owner Rodney gave my horticulture class a tour last year and it’s a total dream, not a scrap wasted! Thanks for showing off my little state, Tassie doesn’t get enough credit 💙
Living in Melbourne; I just realized that I haven't been over to Tassie for years now. Time for a refresher visit very soon. love this video, great shots, great locations. Thanks for posting!
I used to live in Tasmania, outside of Hobart. If you go back, you MUST go to my favorite restaurant in Hobart and one of my favorites in the world: Templo! I hope you can stage there. I’d love to watch that!
I learned something new today. I had always heard of Tasmania, but never knew it was an Island State of Australia until you made me look it up. Thank you.
I love Tassie. Partly because my paternal family is from there and partly because it is just such a beautiful place. Because I'm a teacher, I geek out a bit on history, but there's something for everyone isn't there. Beautiful places, delicious food, amazing wildlife, fascinating history. Such a packed full little island!
And that's what we want back. They, the cabal, want us dead, vaccines. We want you to live a healthy and prosperous life. God Bless you and your loved ones.
Your videos are so well put together! The drone footage, the music, the cuts, the Gorgeousness of it all! Ohh and the food, there's the food too. Keep up the great work!
Awesome, thanks so much for sharing. I love the Agrarian Kitchen, what a great concept. I'm always a little envious of places in these lovely warm climates of all the beautiful produce we've seen in the last few markets you've shown. If I want 'locally grown' here then it's pretty much turnips.
Absolutely, this place is stunning , small Island , but with a lot to see, trust me , a lot! Dovete venire assolutamente , ma in estate , in inverno e' freschino.
Your editing is really very smart, you are obviously thinking about the shots you want before hand, drone interlaced with the normal vid, music. I like the google maps thing to track your trip. Its a lot of work.
Yeah she does an amazing job on all fronts! I would say she should shoot blockbuster movies so she could make tons more money, but then we wouldn’t get to see her do all these cool things and show us all these cool places.
A very well researched and planned excursion. It was an eye opener to see the diversity of agricultural products from both land and sea in Tasmania. Also the beautiful landscapes and innovative food service businesses. You really know how to find the good stuff!
As always, Nina, wherever you are, your vlogs are exceptionally tasteful, wonderful to watch, delicious & informative on a totally different level!!! Hope to see more!!! A Fan! 💚💛💜😃😃
@Nina!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the first time I have watched you show how to cook a meal as oppossed to what you cook i.e. you showed the recipe. Thankyou. Very nice. Please do more recipes.....they are quick and well explained. Nice job!
Love this episode, great content! Love the squid dish, never seen squid cooked in a stew before. That restaurant is amazing, as well; it’s like a dream, from farm to table, waste gets turned into fermented stuff or compost, beautiful atmosphere, make even your own cheese. I wish all restaurants work like this.
Wow, you have such great adventures and use your time so wisely, like going to guest in a kitchen to learn new things, great Vid. Ukraine needs our support.
Well done. If lucky with weather Tassie is a great place. Lol, no devils for the viewers. Noisy bludgers. Great fresh produce and another enjoyable vid. Hope you get to cook/highlight more of Oz. Lol, baked beans on toast beyond the black stump.
Wow! Thank you Nina for such a wonderful view of Tasmania. I had no idea that Tasmania is so beautiful and interesting! You have a real talent with these videos! You really deserve to be on the global stage with your product. Best of luck to you and I look forward to your next adventure! Cheers mate!
I live in Hobart and this is beautiful! It’s lovely seeing someone enjoy my local area, that market is close to my house so it was a bit weird to see! 😂 that recipe looked great! Though I wouldn’t be able to enjoy it since I don’t eat seafood. I’m sure you enjoyed it though! Thanks for visiting!
OMG-Thanks for letting me take a 15:09 break from watching new about Ukraine. I have never seen pics/videos from Tasmania. I melted when I got to the Oyster part. Thanks
Fantastic video!! The scenery is beautiful!!!! The food looked delicious! Your very brave to climb the rocks. The restaurant experience looks like it was well worth it!!! Love from Vermont
I really enjoy your videos, I honestly think I would simply enjoy sitting at the counter and watching you cook! I have never had squid rings this large before I need to try this. But I do enjoy fresh calamari stir fried with peppers.
You know what I love about your channel? You take us on amazing adventures and vacations and a much appreciated added bonus, you cook amazing dishes for us to drool over! Well done indeed!
Thanks Nina. This was really helpful as I am currently planning a trip to Tassie. We were already doing the east coast, but I now have some great restaurants and places to make sure we visit. This includes bookings at The Agrarian and Van Bone; you made them look amazing! And, I was already heading to the The Lobster Shack, I can't wait to have one of their rolls! Great video, thanks again.
I must confess, as a Tassie girl myself born and bred a few places you went to I did not know was there so I guess I should say thank you for your wonderful efforts here. 💐
What a fantastic channel!! So entertaining and educational. I can think of some TV and Cable chefs that should be watching you in the kitchen. hahah.. cheers!
Thanks so much for sharing this busy adventure vlog with us--adventures punctuated with amazing food are my favorite kind. Lovely pasta recipe too! Peace & love to Ukraine & you, of course.
Another great video thank you. The mix of food and travel is very entertaining. Please don't change anything about your production, the music gives an upbeat happy feeling. Cheers David.

Sailing on the Spirit of Tasmania is definitely on my list of things to do when I make it to the other side of the world! Another fantastic video! This is a great way to showcase Tasmania. Also, thanks for the cooking tips :)
If you do end up on the ship, get a room or make sure you bring some comfy clothes and a pillow, its a full day or overnighter sail and if you dont get a room its plane style seats for some loooong hours LOL
@@SylviaAlcatrazz Not sure what is "lol" funny about that, but yeah I know. Their website does a pretty good job at explaining what to expect for what you pay for.

Depends on which part of Tasmania. The west coast is very empty, and an incredible place to visit... also cold and windy.
