Hey Tom, for the Masterclass please capture the sound directly from your DAW (ask Daniel James how he does it in case that's not your expertise). Would be kindly appreciated. I don't think the sound quality here does the library justice (it sounds like it's constantly phasing especially in the lower dynamics). Looking forward to the new year!

Really enjoyed this live video today Tom, what an amazing sound package. Well done ( such an understatement)!!!

Sorry good streaming here, but I had a permanent phasing on the sounds. Anyway the library sounds impressive. Thank you.

Hey Junkie XL nice preview. I know some people were asking for direct sound from the the DAW. I know you can use a vst called voxengo recorder that will allow a direct signal to OBS if you are using that program to stream. Take care!!!

Does anyone know what the name is of the box (on top of the keyboard) that he is using? I am looking for such a device to control the swells etc of strings.

I'm just here to say Junkie XL composed the best soundtrack I've heard in my life: Alita Battle Angel, no soundtrack hit me deep in the feelings like this one

I have a dream...That you will release XL Brass additional non-common(but often needed in almost all scores) articulations that are hard to find in great quality and in a lower price(max 300usd) and you won't be needed the previous library to use ;P

Sound is terrible through speakers. Not a good foot forward IMO. Not for a sound guy that is...not sure why he chose to not go through the DAW.

Ok so this library is 500.- ? a little expensive right ?

    • @theIpatix

Tbh, I won't buy it since I don't have application for something like that other than just toying around. Considering the amount of work that goes into building something like that, I'd say the price is okay.

Why is this 300$ less for launch then bumping the price to 799$ , you guys can't just leave the price at 499$? i mean its still way expensive at that price ? i can just imagine if everything i purchased would be like all these library BS prices....only for the rich looking at you're backround you seem set for life , i guess we know who you guys cater to surely not to people with minimum wages who would like to be able to afford all these expensive library , i Can get a video game they spent 5 years development for 150$ max Full edition ....what makes these libraries cost so much??? Because i could make money??? I buy a car and use there assets to go to work to make money i do not pay extra at the dealership because the car will allow me to make money or the video game i got and making videos for TH-cam will be making me money , i dont have a extra tax why all this BS prices on Library??? I vented a bit lol... In the end you guys are loosing money, make this affordable for everyone.

It's how the Business works, man... Like you said: Only those with affluent backgrounds (or a considerable amount of savings) can ever afford things like this. You have to keep in mind that music is a Business first, and a passion/hobby second. Hobbies and Businesses are both very costly. People who love making music enough, or people who want to turn their music ventures into a career will be willing to spend the money.
