So real. The tones here are absolutely incredible and it’s cool that it is a live-ish performance. Mostly though, I can’t shake the thought that every single machine is being severely, severely underutilized here. Even the computer. Perhaps even especially the computer. So much potential for automation, envelopes, filters, variations, dynamic compression, modulation and on and on. Call it constructive critique but look no further than a Wendy Carlos video.
