Addictive excersise can shrink the brain?
    Yowza!!
Again, this is excellent information. You are so brave to share your stuggles to help others see they may not be alone, or better yet, to never fall into the over excersise trap. Bigger Better Faster More is NOT what we all need.

Right?? I’d rather keep my brain all big and wrinkly thank you.

A beautiful story and a powerful lesson. Sometimes we have to learn these things the hard way. I hope somebody gets to skip those challenges as a result of this video ❤️

Do you mind making a video going more in-depth to the damage exersise addiction caused and how you recovered? I struggle as well.

I'm addicted to Pilates but I don't feel my schedule is obsessive. :) But I appreciate Katie sharing her story....

Thanks! Life is about balancing addictions in healthy ways! I’m glad you are enjoying Pilates without letting it consume your life. It’s such a great workout! I used to go a on occasion.. pre-quarantine.

Hi Katie you put some great content. I am looking for a fitness tracker that has training load metrics and accurate sleep tracking. I have dabbled between the polar (great sleep tracking), Garmin (great metrics), and the Oura. Can you please recommend something that captures all of this accurately.

Unfortunately most of the really good sleep trackers are not great fitness and visa versa. If your goal is accuracy I recommend having two trackers.
If you want it all in one then I’d recommend the Fitbit sense or versa. I have friends who love the biostrap and whoop.

I wear the oura and Fitbit sense everyday. My fiancée wears the Apple Watch and oura. Either combo gets a pretty good picture of your data. Consistent in trends if not entirely accurate :)

Thanks @@katie_moore for the reply. I have heard the whoop not being that accurate. I like Fitbit but it does not give training load after a workout like CrossFit.
