I remember back in 2009 I was riding side by side with my club Brother when he similarly took a curve, and just prior I let off the throttle, but he went into it too hot and got launched towards the embankment which had about a 30-foot drop-off next to it. I remember watching him disappear and cutting off oncoming traffic to get to him. Thankfully he laid his 106ci Sporty on its side and kept both him and his bike from going over the drop-off which would've been really bad. He was a bit banged up, but we got the bike to start and continued riding to the rally campground to meet the rest of the club. The area had no cell service so we had to handle it together and we did. I'm glad he made it ok. To this day we joke about that adventure.
Cool vid....nice to see sun and blue sky...i spent 6 hours driving through freezing fog and rain here in the uk yesterday and today's weather also sucks....oh well 😅
The jap, euro, bikes are parked at there point of destinaion, and there riders are enjoying a dinner with a cold beer. Reading app after app, bussy fixing a other bike, being a harley. Am not a harley fan. But could not resist slacking(european style fun intended) harley. Having said that, its good to see people keeping older bikes alive and on the road. No matter what there choice of bike is. I ride a 41 year old xs650. Enjoyed watching this vid. Stay safe on the road
Spring loaded leather tractor style seats still cool and all day comfort. Why have a pain the ass when it’s an easy fix? The only person I care about liking my bike is me. Ride on. You may have bruised your tail bone that takes time to heal
you guy's get rid of them damn sportster's and get a big twin and your ass won't hurt all the time, could just use em 4 a dirt bike like that one guy did, there ok 4 running around town but git a bigger bike 4 the longer trips, the guy who went dirt riding looks like he needs some pullbacks on his, he's reaching 4 the bars and looks uncomfortable as hell plus they are 2 low, any way good vid 2 thumbs up...
Oh man that sure is my goal, to build a bike I can ride long distances comfortably. That’s what my last sportster was and unfortunately had to sell it. But hoping I can get one together soon! The sportsters are just nice for easy reliable riding. Appreciate the comment and you watching! Have a great night!
