Idea: Be true to yourself, make your avatar something you yourself would love if you were a viewer instead of the V-Tuber. I made my design basically me, so being myself in stream doesn't come across as strange 😁 I however added some details that are more V-Tube like, and put her existence through a filter or how I see myself, and intentionally made her shorter than me. 😁
@@Rejomei That's what i thought about since some times now, instead of going for an overcomplex avatar, i'll probably just go with a basic model with some details about what i like for exemple
@@Giorneau that's honestly what I did 😁 Now granted she looks a good deal more complex then she is, but at the same time I don't think I reached the threshold of not receiving fan art due to her being too complex. 😣😁
i really want to be a vtuber but i´m so scared i have social phobia and every time i try to stream i´m to scared but thanks to you i have more motivation to try it again .Thank you again!! i will probably try to find someone to help me design a 2d charackter and then to improve my englisch skills XD but thank you so much .
Hey Taiga, I understand you :') I have moderate social phobia and thinking about being a vtuber precisely because of the comfort of not having to show my face (I always wanted to be someone recognized by the content but I was always afraid of that). Watching Mari's videos is making me build up enough courage to take this idea forward, so I wish you can do this too! Good luck! ❤ (sorry about the size of the text ,u, and sorry about the tiny language mistakes, English is not my first language hehe)
2D, 3D, PNG. All valid. At its core, a vtuber is an entertainer that uses a representation of themselves instead of actually showing their face. The reasons I can think of as to why some take the PNG route can be financial (can't afford to commission an artist/model creator), hardware or both.
Hand movement will be quite important to me, so I think I'll be going for that when I get out of the PNGTuber soup kitchen. (Maybe not the best name for it, lol) Thanks for the in-depth thoughts, Mari. The cost of 3D increasing over time did not come to mind, especially since I'm very new to all this.
For anyone that wants a 2D model, and wants someone to draw/rig it for them: a really good person to commission is Hanacue! She’s really good at drawing and rigging. I’ve seen a lot of her other 2D vtuber models and they’re amazing!
Thank you so much for these videos Mari, I'm finally making plans and getting stuff together to start being a vtuber, waiting on some art of my character and gonna be commissioning a friend for the model afterwards. Your videos have been super helpful helping get all this figured out without giving up from anxiety! So thank you thank you thank you!!!
I'm going 2D and I already have the sketch of what I made my Vtuber look like and I already have the personality and lore of my character the things I still need are 1. Needing a drawing tablet to do the drawing digitally. 2. Getting a good PC for gaming and drawing. 3. Learning how to rig the model. 4. Figuring out what I need for streams. 5. Getting moderators. 6. Making a Twitter account for my character. long way to go but I'll get there one day.
I'm a pngtuber, but I would like to learn Live2D. For now, with my friends, I make the reactive two frames, so they can use them for discord calls and streams. ^^ Thanks for a very educational video!
If you're looking to make a 3D model from scratch, there's a youtuber named Rainhet Chaneru who has a series on how to make one. It's quite lengthly but goes into pretty good detail. I'm watching it to make myself a VRChat model atm.
I discovered vTube-ing because I fell in love with my adorabible FFxiv character 🐾 and thought it would be cool to be a twitch streamer playing in first person with my avatar 3d-modeled in the corner, motion tracked and lip-synched to me. I just think the technology is neat 2d anime will always have my heart I particularly love your color pallet and animations and transitions
This this was so helpful thank you! Before I make and debut a vtuber I’m planning on PNG tubing to get used to it during the time it takes to make. I’m hoping to make my own 2D vtuber model and your videos have been so so so helpful!
I don't really know the most popular places to shop for vtuber commissions but j definitely reccomend etsy! Some of the artists are really high quality and all I see is cheap prices. For example, I'm so excited! I am currently getting the line art and color done for my vtuber and the sketch looks amazing. I paid 630 which is an extremely low price for a quality vtuber and I can't wait for it to get finished! ❤
I wanna be a 2d vtuber but since I’m not so good at drawing and I can’t buy a commission, maybe I could start being a 3d vtuber and change to 2d once i get better at drawing
Initially I thought I'd just stick with 3D because it's free+relatively easy to make, but the Vtubers I like watching all use 2D so now I'm tempted to make my own 2D model hahah. Tbh I'm not sure why I suddenly got into Vtubing, but I think it's just so I can play games/socialise with friends online... but it grew on me because it made me learn so many cool things and opened my eyes to a lot of creative+fun people. Anyway, thanks for the info!
Thank you so so much for this. Honestly it just comes down to people following me on my socials and sharing my content. Like the more people who like, comment, subscribe, and share my youtube videos, then the more people who will see them. I always feel bad when people comment saying they wish they found me sooner T_T
I've already made my choice but I love that you highlighted the pros and cons of both! Also to mention it here - The 3d models are handy for playing stuff like VRChat and you can put them in MMD to dance and such! It's pretty much what was the tipping point for me to do 3D!
I share your reason for making that choice, buuuuut, idk if you have this detail, I have the skill set required to be able to make them from scratch in Blender 😁
Another thing that i would like to add is 2d vtuber models can also be free if you are willing to put in a lot of time. I have no art skills but decided that i wanted to try to make my own 2d model, so for the past month, in between college and extra curricular activities ive been slowly making progress. It may not look as good as an experienced artist’s drawing, but it has been looking great so far, and the only requirement is a lot of research and tutorials.
first of all , your avatar is very cute , second of all , im doing this for fun and yeah its , well hahah and third of all you're really good at explaining
Have been wanting to start vtubing for a little while but I'm so scared of starting off with an ugly model. The thing is that right now I'm pouring all my money into getting a good pc, so I want to go for a free model. And, really, it shouldn't matter how *pretty* my model is when I start;;; I can always change it later. I would like the hand control and not having to use hotkeys for expressions, but the over-time cost for 3D vtubing is a good point. You've given me lots to think about! Thank you for the video :))
This was very informative, charming, and encouraging, thank you! I want to do vtubing for art streams, but it's still more of a fun thing than a career choice to start out, so it makes me feel better that I can just start without spending money. ; w ; I'll give it a try!
This is the first video I've seen of your content but it was a huge help already. Thanks so much for doing what you do and putting all this useful info together in one video. It's been a great help and really eye opening. ♡
All your videos are both incredibly helpful, and also entertaining! You explain these things very well and make it a bit less overwhelming than it normally is for me. Thank you 🙏🏼
u don't need hand tracking if you convert your model to a format that can run in an animation program & with Live2D you can make an overlay for parts you want to move. One program tracks your face to move the head & then by removing parts of that model the overlay is an avatar with no head & u move it with an animation program and commands from the keyboard or mouse.
Okay so I may seem dense, but I am more interested in what software we need, cameras? stuff like that. This is a great video to explain the differences between model types :)
so i'm getting everything together to get myself started, and I'm so glad i found these videos. these have been giving me a lot of insight. I was afraid that just getting the avatar setup was going to be a nightmare, but your explanation makes it sound so much easier than the "quantum physics engineering" that other people have made this out to be. in either case, however, hearing about the difficulties with 3d avatar versus the simplicity of the 2d avatar, I say challenge accepted! TIME FOR 3D DRAGON DUNGEON MASTER!
Thanks for the vote of confidence Mari :) I found out the hard way that vroid didn't mesh well with my jellyfish girl. Your videos ha e helped so far in what to expect especially the content creation one. Ty again for all the help and hopefully soon I will have my finished jellyfish :>
LOVE this video!! Awhile ago I was debating on if I wanted to be a vtuber, or just stream in general. It would be really cool to stream games I'm interested in or talk about my interests with others who enjoy it as well. I was gonna try and make a 3D model, since I had seen some videos about VRoid studio. However, I quickly noticed it took a lot of time (I'm very detail oriented tho haha) and I didn't even know what I wanted my model to be anyways(I was just messing around). After seeing this video though, if I do decide on becoming a Vtuber, I think I might go with the 2D route! Art is a hobby for me (I'm not bad but also not the best) and I think it would be really cool if I could make my art a Vtuber!! Thanks again for the video, it was really helpful as I didn't know too many of the differences between 2D and 3D!!! ❤❤✨✨
This has been so informational! I've been looking around for a while, and thought I had it figured out, but this is probably one of the few (don't know yet, might look into more videos after comparing pros and cons and other experiences) that didn't completely bash one side or the other. It also gave me something to think about when it comes to choosing one over the other. Thank you so much for the video!☺
Subscribed because of how good your creative information is!!! This is the second video of yours i've watched, it's really building on a fascination for this community I haven't had before. Kudos for being the first vtuber i've been interested in following XD
With the new year I’ve started a deep delve into learning vroidstudio and blender. I’ll be on the 3d side and see how far I can push it, long run maybe I’ll become the vtuber or become the designer.
Not sure if i'd do it, but probably 3D. I don't really care if it looks like an anime character or not and i'm not looking for cute, so the main points on 2D wouldn't matter to me and I like to play VR, so I was thinking since i'm a music artist then maybe i'd use it for virtual shows one day. I'd rather have 1 avatar to use across everything than multiple. I mainly want to use it because i'm not social, so I think an avatar might help me interact.
I tried making a VRC avatar with VRoid and Blender. It went really well in VRoid but if you wanted to modify your character with stuff that isn’t in VRoid you would have to edit the model in Blender. I don’t remember what they were called, but there were some plugins I had downloaded that helped with editing the VRoid model’s features. Nothing in Unity wanted to work so I never got the avatar made but the modeling wasn’t super difficult.
I'm retiring to the Philippines and I want to do an eagle avatar who guides other expats through assets and services in my area. Thanks for your great advice. I might also do a waifu avatar for young people shopping around for Asian trends.
Thank you your video's are really helpful. I hope that now I can start to become a vtuber, but first I need to buy a webcam, I'm hoping to get one for Christmas. Thank you again. ;3 oh! and I chose 2d. ;3
Thank You SO MUCH for helping me find out even what a vtuber is and how to start making a model for one! I've been looking for tutorials and they're all like "$999 for this vtubing software that is 10fps" and I then found this and it just helped me SO MUCH right before I almost gave up. I am planning on becomming a 3D Vtuber at the start, and then possibly switching later when I am better with my art skills, so I don't have to pay so much and also so I can have my own custom model. 😀😀🥰🥰😍
Omg- thank you for this video! it helped a lottt on how to become a Vtuber! i have some of my own drawling that i wanted to make into avatars, but i didn't know how to. and your vid helped me a lot! thank you! and keep up the good work!~
As much as I want to have hand tracking, Ive also got ideas for a Vtuber look that I dont think a lot of Vtubers use and that would be extremely expensive if I made it 3D.
hi mari your videos inspire me so much. ive been conceptualizing my character for weeks now but im still not confident about it i designed it on my own using the vroid since im only a starter and i dont want to spend money on it since ive only just started. anw just a little story of mine thanks so much for ur videos
I recommend veadotube mini for anyone who's pc can't handle 3D models and can't afford L2d model. It's a pngtuber software you can not only have active and inactive images but you also have slots for blinking, and if you want to do different expressions you can add states and toggle with hotkeys! It's free and runs great, but don't double click a lot, i find that freezes it.
for a whole 2 days 2 nights or something (idk bcuz i sleep daytime and night time is my morning XD) I been watching lots of videos about being a vtuber ~ I hope this time it's something I would continue no matter how tough/complicated things get and thanks for your videos and your cuteness ♥
Hearing you specify 2d vtubers as anime as I'm making a non-anime design for one is shot me through the heart 🥲Also hearing the prices made me determined to draw better because I use my tablet about once a year so this will be fun
@some random cringe creator thank you for the encouragement, I really appreciate it. I actually did continue with the design I originally wanted and I like it a lot. Still in the pngtuber phase before I'm confident enough to rig for a 2d vtube model but I'm happy with my progress. 😄
I wanted to be a youtuber so bad, but I really didn't feel I had the look, and I honestly think that is why I could catch and traction...but I found vtubers...I can be whatever I want?!? I would love love love to do this! I can be a character, I feel like this would fit me so much better! I would start my whole channel over! I am seriously going to look into this; I have found my plan B if college doesn't work out LOL
2d and 3d have their own advantages, but as 3d vtuber you have acces to more content possibilities. i think that i will start with 2d, and over time will be 2/3d vtuber where i can acctually enjoy both worlds and take my creativity to the fullest
I’m looking at getting into the Vtubing thing. I use my cam currently but I honestly hate being on cam. And was thinking of doing the vtube as a middle ground. The audience would get my avatar and it wouldn’t just be my voice in the background.
This video really helped me out cause I am having a 2d avatar made for me and I didn't know if I could do full tracking or even hand movement at all I do wish it had face tracking tho so I could make faces and not have to make stuff for it but its fine. 3d avatars tho I feel really would start to cost me to much and end up making me go broke
I'm just learning how to rig up my tester/prototype model and if that works out okay I'll be moving onto making my shifting model which if you've seen Gaoo on facerig/animaze that's the idea.
I tried to learn but failed but there are some people who learned it in 2 weeks and it looks amazing. I might want to try it again but not sure if I can master it during the time of the free trial...
This video is very educational! Thank you! I've been a vroid vtuber for nearly a year now and I'm looking into maybe upgrading to 2D although I love vroid and it's cheapness! the clothing shape and body shapes available are limited unfortunately and getting those classic vtuber silhouettes is difficult 😅 also I'm jealous of those vtubers who have those little dance animations
tips for people who want to do 3d animations easier: Download reality on your phones or ipads or any devices, its free! you also get to create your own oc etc. You can do lives and brodcasts and collab with other people!
Thanks a lot for this video it’s very very helpful and I actually kind of understand what we’re doing now which is good cause I didn’t understand how to make a V tuber at first and now I kind of do thanks
Hi! I got a 3d vroid model for vtubing, and I did end up asking 2 different ppl to make her! my “papa” made me clothes and hair but I preferred the face texture style of another artist so I asked her to do exactly that! I couldn’t have been happier with what I got! I’m also an artist and am currently working on a 2.0 character sheet, to make a live2D model myself! Hoping to get motivated soon 🥹 Hope this helps too, you can ask multiple ppl for a commission if you like people for their different skills and can’t decide like I did XD
I'm on my way to start 3d vtubing with a friend on a single channel. Because indeed it costs zero money and even with the Vroid Studio presets, I came up with a pretty cool starting model. Except for the outfit, my low ass can't draw clothes. So instead I just have a shirt with "Skill Issue" written on it. My friend wants horns on his model, like frontal (?) horns. I don't think it's impossible on Vroid Studio but again, not enough skilled. I have some struggle with setting up a smooth face tracking on VSeeFace. Right now it's not that "natural" and some animations won't play or won't correctly, like one-eye blinking. Maybe it has something to do with the glasses I wear all the time IRL. Also, expressions don't work that much. I'm considering just making them as toggles instead of activating them with my own facial expressions.
great content. I have been doing TH-cam for a while and just made a 3d model for myself on VRoid. I think its awesome to be able to finally be able to put a face to my channel not sure if I'm sticking with the 3d model or if i want to go to 2d yet but I'm happy with what I currently have. Again thanks for the informational video.
Hi Mari! Thank you for this video. I found out about vtubers pretty recently and after watching this video for the first time a month or so ago I made the transition from streaming as myself and stream with my 3d avatar. I'm hoping to invest in a 2d model in the future cause aesthetics lol but this really helped me start the trasition.
Hi! I discovered your channel today, and I really like it! I'm myself a 2D vtuber, and I find it sometimes limiting that I can't wave to someone or point somewhere, but other than that, I love it. Just like your channel :3
Here's a question in regards to 2D VTuber avatars: What percentage should I spend on the art vs. the rigging? For example, if I have $1,000 to spend, how much of that should I expect to go to commissioning the art vs. commissioning the rigging? Would a rigger charging $500 be about the equivalent skill level for rigging as an artist charging $500 for art? Or would an equivalent skill level for a rigger be more? Less?
Bro, I've been wanting to be a VTuber, but I'm extremely awkward and I feel like my interests (mainly older Sonic games and art, both 2D and 3D) wouldn't be interesting enough. Plus, even if I'd start doing so, I wouldn't know what route to go in. I'm both a 2D and a 3D artist, so I could practically do it all on my own. Though I don't have much knowledge of modeling a full character, yet. I have alot of trouble with rigging, since I've only done it once for a school project (and in my case I had to start over multiple times because of complications). PNGTubers looks quite interesting to me too, so idk..
At this time I have 2 main 3D VRM models & one more I am fixing up so I am on the 3D side more but I plan to get one 3D model converted to MMD for better animation & I had PSD art made to some day have Live2D models, so in the end I should have 3 3D models & 2 2D models.

THANK YOU!! Mari I WAS DREAMING of becoming a popular VTuber one day!... u just helped A. TON!
You deff can do that! There are tons of super pretty 3d vtuber models out there
I’m doing the exact same thing!
You’re really underrated like this is only the second video I’ve watched of you and I already subbed
This definitely helped me decide on what kind of VTuber I wanna be!! (3d) Thank you so much!! You helped a lot. Much love, and keep up the good work
Another thing that i would like to add is 2d vtuber models can also be free if you are willing to put in a lot of time.
8:35 bro- it says “dargonmodel” but that’s legit Ganyu from Genshin impact-
Mari's cult, obviously
Have been wanting to start vtubing for a little while but I'm so scared of starting off with an ugly model. The thing is that right now I'm pouring all my money into getting a good pc, so I want to go for a free model. And, really, it shouldn't matter how *pretty* my model is when I start;;; I can always change it later. I would like the hand control and not having to use hotkeys for expressions, but the over-time cost for 3D vtubing is a good point. You've given me lots to think about! Thank you for the video :))
I'm not trying to start anything... but, the model in this video is literally just Mogumo Ryuunosuke lol.
i dont know why youtube recommended me you, but. ill gladly take it, your so helpful and sweet. instead of gate keeping your like "here. let me help"
This was very informative, charming, and encouraging, thank you! I want to do vtubing for art streams, but it's still more of a fun thing than a career choice to start out, so it makes me feel better that I can just start without spending money. ; w ; I'll give it a try!
I love how I was thinking of creating my own vtube channel and here comes your video. The signs are telling me yes!! And I'm all for joining the cult
Thank you 🙏🏼
so
because of you
i took the leap and I made my model and started streaming with it
so far... it's been good :D
u don't need hand tracking if you convert your model to a format that can run in an animation program & with Live2D you can make an overlay for parts you want to move.
Thanks! Not looking to be a vtuber, more or less found this very interesting and cool. Or just simply vibing to your cute voice.
2:41 Made me think of an old drawing from back when I was first starting out
Thanks I was asking how Vtuber works, it was very instrutive, plus I love your design!
Subscribed because of how good your creative information is!!! This is the second video of yours i've watched, it's really building on a fascination for this community I haven't had before. Kudos for being the first vtuber i've been interested in following XD
Mari I've been working on my model for months and this has given me the motivation to finish my art and get me ready to rig
With the new year I’ve started a deep delve into learning vroidstudio and blender. I’ll be on the 3d side and see how far I can push it, long run maybe I’ll become the vtuber or become the designer.
Thank you Mari. I always love watching your videos. ❤keep being amazing.
My model actually happens to be a parrot 😂
I'm pretty sure good 3D models as a starting point are now very easy to make with "Metahuman" from Unreal Engine
hi mari your videos inspire me so much. ive been conceptualizing my character for weeks now but im still not confident about it i designed it on my own using the vroid since im only a starter and i dont want to spend money on it since ive only just started. anw just a little story of mine thanks so much for ur videos
She honestly made my day, ty!
I am actually trying to learn how to to all this vtuber stuff so that when im old enough I could be a vtuber ^^
I believe in you!!
Yume literally summoned the whole genshin fandom by just putting Ganyu on the 3D VTuber warnings
Hellou!
Very explanatory video exactly what I needed, you are very cute ^^
Aww thank you so much Solar, I am glad to help you uwu
Another informative and enlightening video. Good work! :D
Hi Yuri, I recommend watching my how to make a 3d vtuber avatar for free walkthrough! th-cam.com/video/_A1qNYI1dR4/w-d-xo.html
@@MariYumeCh tysm and I will totally check it out rn u caught me at a good time too I am just chilling and going through yt too >3😊💖
i just started and have a few videos up but I'm working to make them better i appreciate your content
I'm just learning how to rig up my tester/prototype model and if that works out okay I'll be moving onto making my shifting model which if you've seen Gaoo on facerig/animaze that's the idea.
So I have just started to get in to Vtubers and wanting to become one currently I started with a 3D model and the info give helps alot thank you 😊
I tried to learn but failed but there are some people who learned it in 2 weeks and it looks amazing. I might want to try it again but not sure if I can master it during the time of the free trial...
Your videos helped me to be a vtuber!! Thank you for your tips!!
I just became a Vtuber due to your video, thank you kindly
Hoping to get motivated soon 🥹
Hope this helps too, you can ask multiple ppl for a commission if you like people for their different skills and can’t decide like I did XD
There’s also an app called REALITY that’s a really good way to experiment with vtubeing if you want to build confidence
Thank you so much! This was really helpful. BROKE WALLET HERE I COME!!
Starts laughing as an animator who recently got an interest in vtubers.
Hey, just wanted to drop a comment and say thank you I am looking into how to get everything setup and some early on help for becoming a Vtuber.
This is something that ive been searching for. Thanks 🎉
Less?
I do not agree that 2d has more creative freedom than 3d.
However i do agree that 2d is much more easier and costs less time than 3d.
this vid is so helpful and i was struggling too if what will society like more 2d or 3d
Same, I don’t think people would ever like my content since I like politics and I feel like people don’t care about that stuff
At this time I have 2 main 3D VRM models & one more I am fixing up so I am on the 3D side more but I plan to get one 3D model converted to MMD for better animation & I had PSD art made to some day have Live2D models, so in the end I should have 3 3D models & 2 2D models.
I'm thinking about becoming(making) a 3d Vtuber (im wanting to use live link with UE(I'm an Indie game Devloper and writer and i already have the lore and Concept behind them but I don't have the Mocap Equipment (i want Facial Mocap)
Technically this character is just one version of the character because my settings a multiverse but the idea is that this version of them became a VTuber to try to Gain Social Influence to simply Ask people to help Others and be a good person (lets say the cannon (core) version of them is both more knowledgeable but shares the same backstory as the core version and is also much less of a vigilante instead becoming a Vtuber)
For her backstory I won't go into full detail but I will give a short version here, they were born and Grew for the first 5 years of their life in a Laboratory (where they were essentially tortured constantly Including things like having the pores in your skin Probed with metal needles to induce stress (which accelerates the devlopement of powers which she was forcibly born with through a wound to her soul (being Conceptually taken apart and out back together again thousands of times a second on a 4D level) (souls being 4 D orbs of lifht that their bleeding into lower dimensions creates the base perception of Consciousness anchored on the present (this also Stops time travel without BS) the physical trauma from the experiments is Engraved so deep in her that even wiping her memories clean didn't stop the trauam from affecting her (these experiments also included implanting the knowledge of a University level of Education In every subject deep into her mind even after the memory wipe which didnt technically destory the memories just Completely bury them), as in a routine experiment om her 5th birthday with the 3 other main test subjects things went catastrophicly Wrong as their four eye powers sybchronised and created an Explosive Effect that effectively incresed the chances if getting powers like magic or the eye powers they were engineered to have through conceptual destruction and reconstruction from less the .001 percent of tue general Population to 100% at its epicenter falling off to a rate of 30% at the farthest point on the planet though the first 30% fell off a lot faster then everything else so didn't even reach the surface fully from the underground Lab(beneath Central Park Manhattan in the setting so only people in the park were exposed to the guaranteed to near guarantee as by the time it resched a meter past the closest border in the park it had fallen below 70%) notably though this didnt awaken the power only give them the ability to awaken it If Sufficiently Stressed(trauma) but this incident got the magic Sides Involvement which to aaboid being found by the lands administrators for Risking the secrecy of magic going public they wiped the memories of the 4 (sealing their eyes and weakening them drastically) and placed them into 4 "Adopted" Homes with the selected parents being manipulated (seduced) by the order of the rose(specifically red rose members) and brainwashed in that state of emotional weekness to believe the kid is theirs Fabricating memories of them From the past 5 years and an Instruction to Never let them Leave.

Iris Blackrose manages to plan and Execute an Escape but unlike the core timelines of the Game(not yet made) iris instead of dismissing the sensation of the gaze of Lucius (the books Protagonist) as her mind playing tricks on her and prioritising her escape she instead looks back and finds his eyes Kicking in the Window that's Onscured by plant and enters the basement then uses the screwdriver that shed planned to use to brute force the back door to unlock his chains and upon physical Contact both their powers activate and Synchronization occurs with the other 2 test subjects as lucius's Eyes powers of analysis is able to Bypass the lock and release Iris and his lost memories through the synchronisation phenomenon.
They then rescue the other 2 and escape the small neighbourhood (gated Community which has a direct view of Manhattan island(doesn't exist in real life).
Crimson and Ash were both saved but all 3 of them have been starved for years barely Kept alive and powers and adrenaline can only carry the 4 for so long before they Collapse after having Managed to Cross the Bridge into the City (drawn to the higher population consciously and subconsciously retuning to the place shown in their cells in the lab)

This gives iris a full support network of 4 people and when akane and james later Escape makes finding all 4 of the experiment characters much easier and adds 2 more people to the apartment block which the white roses Protect from the main orders evil intentions of Multicersal Domination
Specifically i plan to have iris Be a calm Asmr style Vtuber who acts like a pillow for the audience
Thanks for allllll this info, it really helps!!!
this channel is very helpful ngl. thank you!!!
I'm designing my avatar before I decide which route (2d or 3d) I want to go, since there's a very particular look I'm going for 😅
