Kevin, how often do you notice yourself stowing a pod or two up when using an articulating housing? I feel like with manual gain, a fixed bridge is pretty well rounded and an arnvg-vg would be killer, but lli kind of has that going with the mh1

no sir. you could go with an MH1, or a manticore. both are metal housings with manual gain. the DTNVS- MG is another option also.
