Really like this home too; especially, the hidden laundry/pantry room. Would rather not have the island however. A nice long white table would be perfect in the kitchen area. I wonder too if there is room for a double bed in the smallest bedroom? Very nice home and layout!

What a beautiful home! My wife, Jill, loves it. I think they need to make the wall trim a bit more secure where the sections join.
Speaking from past experience, they usually secure once the home is onsite.
Would like a transit window in utility! Also guest bath! Master closet too. Nice and light, but still some real dark areas!
Really nice single wide. I am liking pantry/utility room. I wouldn't mind a window in there though.
Is there a drywall upgrade?
I do believe they'll do that. You'd need to speak with a sales consultant.
