    Rocking the Note 10+ since it's launch in 2019. I am just waiting for 24 ultra 512gb to get its price under 1000 euros and I'll go for it. The note 10+ is a tank. Had multiple accidents to the point of letting water in. Stopped working for a few days, came back to life with some slight glitches on the screen barely noticeable. But its time, it did well for 5 years non stop. The investment was well worth it.

      Absolutely agree the device is an absolute marvel and was such good value and innovation. If you are looking for a S24 U I would recommend refurbed.com or backmarket.com. Basically new and better value.

      💯 with you here,
      Note 10+ has served me 3 years and had never let me down. Given the fact that I bought it used - I think this device has shown impressive performance and over all functionality, desides the camera.
      Battery life has been declining for the past 6 months or so.
      I noticed that due to software version some apps have stopped working.
      In conclusion - Note 10+ is an amazing device! I wish they would make another newer version of Note 10+ but only changing the camera. Nothing else! It is perfect!

    I've just done this upgrade, got a really really good discount & trade in deal for my Note10+ for a S24 Ultra (this is my secondary phone anyway). Honestly, I prefer slightly curved glass, maybe not to the extreme of a N10 but maybe more like a iPhone where it has a very subtle curve that fits better into the metal frame. Also, I didn't update my N10+ to the latest updates for it, I had it on Android 11 still and it really annoys me how backwards Samsung has gone with the S24 Ultra software. Note had a big focus on reachability, UI elements were lowered but when scrolling used the full display to show content (in Gallery, for example). On S24 Ultra, nothing is lowered, the colours are more muted (the themes dont help, it just changes the colour of everything) and when scrolling in apps like Gallery it doesn't use the full display to show off content. Those camera humps are huuuuge too.

    I currently have a note 10 plus and I've enjoyed it while I've had it. Although it's been 4 years and it's age is unfortunately starting to show. With the loading for apps taking a long time and it constantly disconnecting to wifi and bluetooth devices to it's grainy camera and now no longer having security updates. I felt the need to switch to newer devices and have been struggling on deciding if I should get the s23 ultra or the s24 ultra. Any suggestions? I don't have an issue with either price point but obviously I want one that is more bang for its buck. I'm also concerned about its weight. I use my phone basically all day long and the n10+ is a big phone but it's lightweight and comfortable in my hands. I'm not sure how either phone holds up with great use.

    • @marcelontech
      @marcelontech  21 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      This is great question and the reality if that te S23 and S24 are noticably heavier. You will likely get used to it but I dislike that weight in my pocket. If the price is not an issue I would of course recommend the S24U as it will last the longest and has currently some the best cameras on a smartphone. The difference between the two are marginal so one will not feel very different from the other. Your S10+ should not be having those issues though, have you tried full reset to see if that improves things.

      Indeed there is an element of risk in this regard but providing you aren't look, downloading or installing risky material or apps you can minimize the threats out there. Sadly there is no getting around the potential risks that security updates protect you from.

    Man, I remember buying the best smartphone ever back in 2019.
    After seeing the world with me after 5 years, a cold wet return to Ben Nevis finally killed it. Definitely not IP68 anymore, paid £60 to a Fort William phoneshop to fix it but even after that and a factory restore, the front camera and GPS still dont work.
    Really wanted to wait for the S25 but this forced my hand, S24 ultra en route.
    The Note 10+ even had a 5G and if u got the 512gb model, space was hardly ever an issue. The camera one of the best amongst friends (only those with the very latest phone and even then the pix are onlh marginally better and slightly better vids)
    Raised the bar in my expectations of what a phone should be able to do (never used an S Pen before).
