You are one of the few realtors that does all the background work and can talk about Parrish like not very many. You are gonna sell a ton in Parrish! ❤ keep showing the neighborhoods and the land, the agents on TH-cam do way better than the ones that are old school.
We moved from Ohio to a newly constructed MI Home in Trevesta / Palmetto in July 2021. $455 K for 2,750 sq ft. Absolutely love it here. Previously lived in Lansbrook in Palm Harbor. Prices are significantly lower in Manatee vs. Pinellas plus better traffic flow.
Way more bang for your buck down this way. We love it. We also lived in the East Lake area! Funny, the 14 miles from PH to Largo for my husbands work commute is the same amount of time it takes him to go South over the skyway to our home in Parrish. *maybe not for much longer as more people are fleeing Pinellas!
I appreciate all the info in your videos! I recently moved to Parrish from Southern California in January of 2021. I absolutely love it here! I will be looking forward to more content about Parrish and maybe in a few years I'll upgrade! Keep up the great work!
I’m curious since you moved from California (I’m currently in Northern California) do you have any younger elementary school aged kids? If so I’m curious about the schools. I’m glad to see others who have left CA for FL. I am considering the Sarasota area and haven’t heard a lot about Parrish.
Hi James! As I do not have children...yet, I cannot fully speak to the schools. However, from all the parents and families in Parrish, our zones schools are great. Barbara Harvey Elementary and the Parrish Community HS are just a few years old. There are 2 middle schools being built in the near future and another Elementary (hopefully) coming in the next several. Manatee County also does "Choice Schools" which you can be put on a list, or entered into a lottery of your choice of school within the county. There are also a plethora of Charter Schools and Magnet programs etc. in Florida, I'm not sure how it is by you in CA, but it seems as though we have a good little selection.
@@YourRealtorGal thank you! I appreciate the info. I’m not even going to comment on how the schools are in California, no school choice. The only way you can subvert the system and have school choice is give the school an address in the area you want to have your kids go to school in. I did this as a kid using my grandparents address. There are 1,000 reasons we are going to move to Florida from here and more reasons keep adding on. I’m glad the school system in the Parrish area sounds great. Again, thank you for the info.
Does Parrish suit single people in their early to mid 30s? If not, what area would you recommend? Looking into the Tampa/St Pete/Bradenton/Sarasota areas within 12-18 months. Great video! Thank you!
Hi Lacey! It does! We are also in our 30's. We love the area, and know growth is coming- bars, restaurants etc. It is a more laid back town though- if you want more of a nightlife, or closer to beaches, I'd recommend St Pete. However, Parrish is still only a 25 minute drive to downtown St Pete. We go there quite often. Shoot me an email, if I can help further- nicole.bertrand@floridamoves.com and I can pinpoint some neighborhoods for you.
Canoe Creek is beautiful! These builders are quite the sticklers lately with lot releases etc. If I can help, please don't hesitate! nicole.bertrand@floridamoves.com

Thank you so much . We have been considering Parrish for a while now and this video helped tremendously.
Glad to hear! If you decide to make the move, you won't regret it! I love it here. If I can help in any other way, please don't hesitate! -Nicole
Target? Starbucks? Panera? Bike lanes?
Can you comment on which quality builders are currently building in Parish? By quality builders I mean to exclude Centex, KB, Lennar etc
Hi Tom!
If you mean more of a mid-range to upper-scale builder:
Medallion, William Ryan Homes, M/I, Mattamy, Neal, Homes by Westbay
@@YourRealtorGal thank you ma’am
