Excellent video. But there is a mistake. The main circuit breaker is supplying three-phase 208 or 240VAC. From two terminal blocks, you have two of those three-phase power leads providing power to a PLC. However, the power input to the PLC needs to be 120VAC & a neutral.
Hello Brian, yes you are right there are PLCs that have that voltage, well it also depends on the model and brand, in this example I used a WECON PLC that supports an input voltage of 85 - 265VAC, greetings!!!
Hello, I would like your help, I need to do a project. The PLC, an FX3U, will send the MR JE C servo to rotate to one side a certain amount of pulses entered into a register on the Sankoom HMI, when it reaches the count, the servo returns to the value of 0. Could you help me with the pins of the CN3 connector and the configuration parameters in mr2?
Hello, the manual is this one here, but you can guide yourself with any brand of servo drive since they have very similar diagrams, greetings! www.academia.edu/36394329/SVJ_1000_Series_AC_servo_driver_Article_of_Design_and_Debug
Hello, the inputs depend on the plc programming, on this occasion the video I made is focused on the connections of the servodrive with the plc, to carry out the control correctly.
Hello, I am referring to the signal or current of each output, in PNP it is Negative and in NPN it is positive, as well as this example, regarding the transistor outputs of a PLC, greetings! www.qbprofe.com/automatizacion-instrumentacion-industrial/diferencias-entre-pnp-y-npn-en-cableado-de-automatismos-industriales/
@@IndeeSac "PNP, its Output would be Positive ( + ) NPN, its Output would be Negative ( - )" This is from the article you linked. Also most PNP PLCs have ZP UP inputs, and most NPN PLCs have COM inputs. At 2:27 you said that PNP outputs a negative signal. Good video nonetheless
This is exactly what I need. Thank you so much :')))) Please continue the explanation in more detail please...
Awesome vid. What did you use to make video?
Hi, use Blender
plz what name software for us200 servo drive
Im getting AC servo motor with 110 volt 1 kilo watt with white servo controller that has 30amp. Do you think its good combo? Thanks

nice
nice video!
Thank you very much, where can I download from that servodriver manual?

@@IndeeSac thank you very much, but the manual i need is the one you show on the video minute 3:27. the link you gave me is a differente servodriver.
@@juanfranciscojesushernande3396 Ready, I just sent it to you
Also me can i have pls. Thanks
@@IndeeSacpoderia por gentileza me enviar também esse manual, obrigado 🫂
Anyone please help me , where the place for limited switch positive and negative? Because my lexium 32 have error code a303 and a302
you didn't show how you controlled the servo motor, which input is activated to turn left or right, run low and high etc.

Maybe that PLC is operated by voice assisted like Amazon alex😂
This is a NPN PLC. Not PNP
