I’ve been trying to install the m340i exhaust but I’m debating if it’s worth it with a stock down pipe. Just because I don’t wanna loose my warranty just yet
You don't need a downpipe. I've been looking at exhausts for like a year and people that had a DP and did a catback/muffler delete complained of drone. So unless you are trying to make your car obnoxiously loud just go with one or the other. IMO this catback system is the sweet spot.

But with a free flow downpipe installed, we’ve done so much engineering and testing to ensure there is no unwanted frequencies in the cabin with the valves opened or closed. Just wait for the videos when we release with the downpipe. When the valves are closed, the car literally sounds like it’s bone stock so there’s absolutely no compromise!
